To make a longer story short, I took my 1968 Camaro to Wally's speed shop to get some work done…read more After inspecting my car I was hit with a $5,500 estimate, to which I agreed to pay, 6-13-18. (Proof below). Two months later I was sent an invoice for $6,700. Owner of shop cited extra work that needed to be done as the reason. So I went in to pick up my car with $5,200 cash and paid the rest on my debit card. My car was dirty, had loose wires hanging by the pedals that I had to tuck myself, the front tires rubbed at full lockout due to new rotors in the front. I noticed a dent on my hood that was caused by the nut on the air cleaner not being tightened down. And worst of all, not a single lugnut was torqued down, I verified and torqued them all after one was found on the ground next to the tire after I brought the car home. I called the owner and told him I wasn't happy about going way over budget for such shotty work. He told me he would make it right but never did. I left a less than impressive review on the Facebook the other day and the owner decided to argue with me and ultimately told me that he only charged me $5500 instead of the $6700 I actually paid. Even as I sent him the emails and txt messages from when the work was completed. He also came up with every excuse in the book as to why the lugnuts were loose, And why their work was so bad. This business took me for a ride, charge me premium prices, only to pocket some cash. And lie about it later. If you value you car, or your pocketbook. Stay away from this business. I don't even know where to begin…read more. We just purchased a brand new Cadillac Escelade and contacted Matt to do a chrome delete. He initially said it would be 3 days and changed it to 5 the day we dropped off our vehicle. We called Matt on the morning of 5th day and he confirmed it would be ready by 5pm. I live in Denver so it's a commute. We'll upon arriving at 5pm I seen that my vehicle was not even close to being done. All of the wheels were off and they were still working on the vinyl application. I was not happy when they told me it was going to be another 3 days! So we finally picked up our vehicle and I noticed that it looked like they sanded and scratched our brand new Escelade in multiple areas I attempted to call Matt numerous times but he would not return my calls. To make matters worse I noticed we were missing lug nuts (keep in mind this is over a week later) so I check the other wheels and every single lug nuts was loose on our vehicle. I have a pregnant wife and 2 year old that is in that vehicle everyday! If your looking for a high quality company who has integrity this is not it. Save yourself the nightmare and look elsewhere. We have still yet to hear from Matt, or any other persons from the company.

We've spent just over 100 nights in it across all seasons, with nighttime lows as cold as -25F and daytime highs above 100F. It's our third campervan and by far our best. Ours is a 2024 Sprinter high roof / extended body (22'9"). We worked with Barry to figure out the layout and options that would work best for us. We ended up with a modified/customized version of the Switchback 170". The layout is super comfortable and plenty roomy for our family. The built-in features (kitchen cabinet with drawers, sink, and fridge, overhead cabinets, bench seat, flares, bed, water tank, etc.) are all high quality. They are lighter and sturdier than the built-ins in our previous vans. The bamboo wall/ceiling panels and countertops are sturdy and look downright classy. And the Espar diesel heater kept us toasty warm through two ski seasons. We had a few minor issues with the battery system early on, but Barry and his team took care of them quickly and without any hassle, and the electrical system has been reliable ever since (solar panels, 5000 W-hr battery system, 12V and 120V outlets, lights, etc.). Barry also helped to trouble shoot a few other minor issues with the heater, one of the vents, and one of the after-market windows -- he walked me through everything by email and over the phone and we quickly resolve the issues. I've been very pleased with Vanworks' customer service. Vanworks was easy to work with throughout the purchase, design, build, and payment.
