He offered some help as it was slow in the shop and I am forever grateful her did. His can-do attitude and support meant so much to me. We even made a little joke that it was "surgery" and as I held the flashlight he would ask for the "scalpel" aka the plug ahaha Once he replaced the left bulb, he helped walk me through how to replace the right one myself. The moral support was everything I needed and more! I started to leave when I remembered that I needed hardware to install a car hood support and went back into the store. Not only did Brian get me the proper hardware he installed it for me!! This past February I was at the O'Reillys on Ina and Meredith where I was assisted by a young man named Brandon. I needed new headlights. I joked that it would take me all day to install them. Then they tell me the tire can't be patched because the nail was in the sidewall, and that they had no way of realizing that before they brought my car in, after three hours. This guy -Brad- is half giggling during all this. At one point he actually said, "this is kinda funny. Not for you . . ." By then it was past 8pm so I couldn't go anywhere else to buy a tire and was forced to buy one there. They don't carry Michelin so now I have a mismatched tire. I was charged full price and I left with the new tire low on air and had to fill it at a gas station. CANNOT RECOMMEND.

They were short handed it appeared but that did not stop Jody from helping me with great customer service. After she sold me the part I would need i proceeded to another establishment that I thought would help me put it in and be on my way. Well that didn't happen, they could not take my car in and was told I needed to use their parts at 3 times the price. Long story short, I went back to Autozone to return the part, when explaining to Jody what was said and the price she on her own started calling auto shops for me that could get me on the road again. She sent me to Jack Furrier and told me who to deal with. This experience could have been very different if not for a very kind and helpful guidance from Jody. I recommend this Autozone in Oro Valley, Az if you are in need of any auto parts.

Since it s introduction It reacts to the all metal and begins a tiny tiny rust and lift process. Over the years it has affected my one fuel injector. No longer available from auto zone or Nissan factory. And not rebuildable. Plastic tanks not affected Looks like charity will get a real nice truck at Auction that won't start. Gonna Miss my truck.
