Driving at night was impossible so I had stopped here at O'Reilly's to pick up some replacement bulbs. I wasn't quite sure how to do it myself, and Mark could sense my hesitance. He offered some help as it was slow in the shop and I am forever grateful her did. His can-do attitude and support meant so much to me. We even made a little joke that it was "surgery" and as I held the flashlight he would ask for the "scalpel" aka the plug ahaha Once he replaced the left bulb, he helped walk me through how to replace the right one myself. The moral support was everything I needed and more! His warm personality made me ever grateful I stumbled into here and just so happened to meet the beautiful soul that is Mark from Milwaukee Wisconsin. Thanks a million!!!!

I started to leave when I remembered that I needed hardware to install a car hood support and went back into the store. Not only did Brian get me the proper hardware he installed it for me!! This past February I was at the O'Reillys on Ina and Meredith where I was assisted by a young man named Brandon. I needed new headlights. I joked that it would take me all day to install them. He did it for me! And we had an incredible conversation while he did it. I LOVE O'Reillys.

The counter guy Patrick has always given me great discounts and when they said the parts will be here on a specific day, they mean it!! They have many parts in stock and have a lot of stores throughout Tucson which is great because you can buy from one store and get it warranty out at another. But they also have nationwide warranty as well. They also can get factory parts out of their main warehouse which is located in Phoenix, same day or next day shipment. Oem parts includes Honda, Toyota, Nissan and many more just naming a few. They have pretty much everything you need from automotive care supplies to special tools that can be rented out and oil/antifreeze supplies ranging from special vehicle type coolant to racing oil like royal purple. Had dropped off my car for a wheel alignment on my car. I opted with lifetime alignment which came…read moreout to be over $250. For an almost 20 year old car with 121K miles on, I figured I may need another one in the future if I replace anything with steering or suspention. However, I probably would not request any other service and here's the reason. I have been purchasing OE quality parts from PartsGeek for a very long time. Then Firestone advisor provided a free of charge recommendation and estimates of other potential services they provide. This is where it caught my attention. I just had performed ATF change, but they recommend that I did ATF change. I wondered if they checked the fluid at all by looking at the dipstick? Second, they recommended changing the coolant expansion take cap which I had already ordered it from PartsGeek which cost me less than $8; Firestone quoted my $64. Then the outer tie rod for both driver and passenger side at $104 each ($208 total); PartsGeek was less than $65 for both side. Then cabin filter for $49; PartsGeek quoted me $24. That's a huge difference; plus I'd imagine they get these parts from wholesale. And last but not least, I just had my timing belt/kit done at a shop in Tucson and they put the sticker when it was done at what mileage (about 123K miles). So my thought was did they even check under the hood? It's the first that screams at you that says, look I did the timing belt change on this date at this miles. All the quotes for the parts were much higher than what I can purchase it for at a retail price. I'd imaging Firestone would get heavy discount on top of getting them at a wholesale price to begin with. So I am curious as to the ridiculous market; and to be honest, this is highly illegal back in the days and there are laws against price gouging.

Excellent work on my warranty tires and alignment to address a leak . Highly recommend Firestone…read moretire hazard, alignment, and repair.
