Next was brake pads- replaced with the gold pads apx. price 40 instead of cheapos had I been asked what I wanted- I was told by the owner Jim he only uses Gold for all other pads create problems- uh duh not if installed correctly- gold pads on a 15year old car- REALLY! He put on a warpped roater- the old roater was turned nothing new about it. I also asked call before any work is done- the call was your car is ready. I picked up my car, and said you don't understand call first? He said happy Thanksgiving about four times as he was basically showing me the door with his eyes and attitude!
