They refused to test it due to coverings under the hood and suggested I try Firestone. I decided just to take it to the Fletcher Honda dealership. No need to go multiple places if no one would help. The service department showed me exactly how they would test it and confirmed that AutoZone just didn't want to help. I'll never go back. Also - the battery was still good.

I booked a time over the phone with the promise to be in/out in 90 minutes. After 90 minutes I was told they were almost done. After two hours I was told they were still working on it. After three hours I was told it would be another 35 minutes. It ended up taking When I mentioned it to them then I was told that I should understand that it takes time. I replied that they should know that: a) when they gave me the time over the phone, b) because they do this every single day. I missed work and a couple of meetings. Highly inconvenient. I went to the…read moreSpringdale AR AAMCO, and they said I had a 2mm gap between the pan and gasket, which was totally incorrect. I then went to the reputable Rogers transmission. After some troubleshooting, Jose determined I had a cracked transmission case. Jose quickly changed the bad case and fixed the leak for a great price! If you have a transmission problem, only go to Jose. Forget the other transmission businesses and go to the company who will fix your problem and get you back in the road!
