Good service. They helped find a local mechanic that worked out well. The returns and finding parts needed was easy. Tom was very helpful.

This dealership is not very customer oriented even after you pay 20-30k on a new car from them…read more I've had multiple service visits and have the managers of the service to be very cold. This last time i Called they couldn't my car in for 3 week and then canceled my appointment and had to reschedule for another week past my original appointmeny. A month with no ac or heat... ya sure I can wait even longer. do they apologize...not really. Do they sound sorry no they sound frustrated that I'm upset they are moving my appointment and not someone else's. Do they offer some kind of discount or somethin. Not a chance how about a cancellation list.. um no. If that hadn't been my second bad experience with them in a row I might be more understandin,

I pre-ordered a Maverick, got a confirmation from Ford, and the sales representative contacted me…read more(all good so far right). The sales representative then wanted to muscle a nonrefundable $1000 deposit, when Ford doesn't require one. I was told that is Baileys "policy". BS!!!!! So I asked if Ford.com was a liar with the confirmation notice and no down payment. We went round and round and I terminated the call. Sales manager calls back promptly trying to salvage a $25k sale. I told him the negative things I had heard in Malone and Plattsburgh. That's when he got defensive. Who wants to deal with such negativity? Damn, I just want to give my $25k business to someone and they push you away. Madness! I can teach y'all some excellent marketing skills if you'd like.

I have had three bad experiences with the service department, I can no longer be silent…read more Trip 1- Took kids RAV 4 hybrid for an intermittent check engine light. Could not find an issue but re-imaged (updated) computer and charged me $200 Trip 2- Scheduled lube oil and filter for a 20,000 mile service on wifes car... 2.5 hrs in service department for a lube oil and filter while I waited there. This was a SCHEDULED appointment, not a drive-in. Seems a bit excessive Trip 3- Car had a check engine light and a traction control off light come on. Service Dept. advised us NOT to drive car. Della couldnt get it in for a week to have it looked at. Took it in, mechanic found evap code, problem was a loose gas cap. Charged me $80.00! Probably would not have nearly the issue with the $80 charge, had I not been made to wait a week to find out how minor the issue was. I do understand that we had a mechanic tied up for a period diagnosing the issue. This is not the type of customer service that we are accustomed to from this dealership. I have owned Toyotas almost exclusively for 30 plus years. These experiences have me questioning whether that will continue into the future.

I recently purchased a 2022 Tacoma with only 28,000 miles on it from Della Toyota. It broke down…read morewithin 48 hours and after immediately contacting Della, they would only cover the repairs if they performed them at the dealership. However they refused to pay for the tow back to the dealership, which would have cost me around $600. It took 3 more repairs and breakdowns before the car was drivable enough to get back to Plattsburgh. The truck broke down again 5 minutes from their lot. They have been ignoring my emails and phone calls asking for a resolution, and when I have been able to have conversations with their management they were rude and dismissive. I have now found out from one of their service techs that the reason for all of the breakdowns was because they incorrectly installed an aftermarket A/C compressor on the car the week before they sold it to me, and I was not made aware of this. I have now gone to the lengths of opening a case with Toyota Corporate and the New York Attorney General. Save yourself a headache and thousands of dollars in repairs and go to a different dealership.

Austin at Vertigo saved my day! I was traveling and had blown a brake line and needed to make it…read moreback to NYC that day. I first took my car to a chain mechanic who took 2 hours to quote me over $1200 and said it would take the whole day. My mechanic in NJ said that was a rip off and to try and find another place. I called probably over 25 places and each place was either booked or said they couldn't fix a Mercedes brake line. Finally I called Vertigo (I was hesitant because the name didn't seem like an auto shop) but thankfully I did because Austin was not only super polite and knowledgeable; he was able to get me in immediately and have it fixed in no time for under $250! A fraction of what I was quoted at the other place! I'm so grateful to have found this place!!! Highly recommend!

AWFUL experience: I was recommended to Vertigo, they seemed like professionals but clearly not…read more Had a lift and tires put on my Jeep and dropped it off for a whole week. Apparently some retired CO that does auto body for them was responsible for the RIGHT side disaster install... Maybe he should just stick to Bondo and painting. Read below: 1) They installed sway bar end links incorrectly which caused a tear in my RIGHT front Axel CV boot. - Male Secretary behind counter said Jeep came in like that and they didn't want to take responsibility for the tear. Luckily I was able to get a one time goodwill repair at dealer. It was clearly obvious they caused it because the dealer re-installed the end link correctly so it didn't happen again. -The day I picked it up it was clunking in front end bec RIGHT strut was not installed correctly. A test drive before I picked up would have resolved this issue ?!? 2) Two days after initial pickup the RIGHT brake caliper fell off and locked up the rear wheel. Owner had to tow Jeep in the middle of the night to shop and fix next day 3) They broke RIGHT side ABS sensor which they somehow were honest about, I didn't have 4WD or ABS in the snow for two weeks, I had to follow up myself for that repair to get done. 4) Finally when I picked up for the last time I realized there was overspray on my windows from when they painted window trim. - Idiot secretary behind counter had the audacity to tell me its normal from outside diesel exhaust (Jeep is not diesel) and it was not from overspray !!!! - I guess he couldn't take the 10min to scrape it off with a razor blade after the hack job they performed and $3k I spent. 5) After all this they didn't even recommend initially or offer to despite all the ISSUES to do a wheel alignment as my brand new tires worn uneven at 50k miles and needed replacement, rotations were done every oil change... SAVE THE HEADACHE, GO ELSEWHERE.

I Waited a long time to write this as I was trying to give them a chance but now I am just fed up,…read moreMy new camper came with a ton of problems and most should have been caught in set up and walkthrough as a new camper owner I was expecting this and knowledgeable guides, The stable jack was bent the fridge door latch was improper because the frame was not set right and broke after it's the first use, the spare tire was the wrong one so when I had to use it I could not. Building of the unit I cannot blame them for and all work was under warranty but a lot of things should have been caught before pick up. The guy had no knowledge of the solar system and could not answer questions I had. I had to bring the unit back at least 6 times for warranty work which was done however they have a deep phony of returning calls or calling you back to update you or tell you work has been done, after trip #6 work was still not completed and the work that was was sloppy and messy caulking splattered on the child's finger painted it all over it or wiped the excess off wherever leaving smears of caulking all over, Still did not fix an issue that was written on the work order. I was never told the work was completed as I was promised I would get a call back In the six times I had service done all under warranty I never received the promised call back. My advice is to make sure and double check EVERYTHING was done correctly as it is hit or miss some things I had to get refixed as they were not done correctly or they did the cheapest simplest thing they could instead of taking the time to do it right the first time, IE straightening a bent jack screw instead of just replacing it, or fixing the frame instead of just replacing the handle that does not fix the issue. It just seems they do not pay attention to detail by not reading the full work order and miscommunication simple fixes if they just slow down. The staff is friendly enough they just need some training on what they sell and slow down, I get it is busy and staffing could be better but still no excuse. they can do better.

They did this, fixed the problem, and had it back to us in less that 2 weeks. They made sure it was covered under warranty and even showed us what was done. Outstanding service.
