Experience today was easy. Had a super nice dude help us out and change our battery. However, there were a fue other guys who did help, but possibly it was too early for them. Otherwise, Eddie was awesome! read more

We stopped here to get help with our school bus today with an emergency. They didn't help but told us to move even though where we were was not on their property. I would take away a star if I could. read more

had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Sylvia and Erica. They provided amazing help and went out of their way to fix a mistake from another AutoZone location. Their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to make things right really stood out. Don't waste your time anywhere else--come here if you want great service. Highly recommend Sylvia and Erica! read more

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE FIXING YOUR CAR. I wish I could give this place no stars. The associates didnt explain how to correctly use the part, then said if we wanted to speak to a manager and ask for permission for him to help. We sit there for half an hour just to speak to several people, none of which just simply ask a manager for us and make us hunt him down. When we finally speak to the manager he told us the store was too busy. Are none of the associates able to say that from the beginning? What a waste of time, ended up fixing it myself. A wasted hour. read more

I bought a Sea Clamp from this place that I couldn't use because it was already broke, it didn't work for me so I take it back to get a refund and this guy gave me some bs about people buying tools using them once and then returning them, but I showed him that this sea clamp was broken and he still refused the refund he's supposed to give me according to the receipt. I bet a lot of people probably know what dude I'm talking about too. Forget that autozone, they lost my business for good because of that one jerk. read more

I would give a zero if I could. Just in the past two years alone this auto-zone has gone from hero to zero. They have let all the good employees like Randy and Anthony that would greet you when you walk in the door and that have common sense. Or they left for better wages. This store is ALWAYS understaffed. You could literally spend 30 minutes in line, then just to be told you were in the wrong line. This place is a joke. So tonight I went in after ordering parts two days ago just to pick them up because I already paid for them I was in the pick up line at the registers like I've done for the past seven years. And Christian behind the counter told me I was in the wrong line, where there was literally eight people in that line and I had to go to the end when I was already waiting for 15 minutes. I had to go into the parts line which I told him I've been coming here for the past 7 years and not once I ever had to get in that line unless I needed a part look-up. So I started walking over to that line and he said HEY IM TALKING TO YOU and said I'll help you just this one time. And I told him that's funny. You're going to help me this one time huh. Funny. I told him I'm never coming back to that store again and he said that's to bad just being a smart ass. So not only did AutoZone let go good people they hired smart ass people that likes to be rude to customers that are paying their salaries so I'll be doing the rest of my business with O'Reillys or Napa never going back to AutoZone ever again anywhere. read more

We've always used Auto Zone and this location has always had the best service. Today I want to share another experience - My young daughter came in to buy windshield wipers for the first time in her life. She asked if someone could help her install them. The person behind the counter tried to get her to purchase other items in order to receive this service and she declined (decided she'd figure it out) but another staff member came over and said they would help. It was raining out and my daughter just wanted to get home safe. We are so grateful that Kenny or Kenneth helped her out. Very pleased. read more

I have come here two or three times and the service is very similar. The last time I came there were only two people helping out and there was a big line. The girl did not want to answer the phone, I will believe that with the manager. But other than that they get the work done, they are very straightforward and they help you if you need to check anything! read more

After seeing these precious reviews the store must have a new manger. My expierence today was wonderful. Randy I believe was his name a manger helped me from the minute I walked in till I was in my car and left. He listened to everything I had to say found the product for me checked out my car and filled it up for me. I know nothing about cars and he made my visit so pleasant. Very happy with my visit I wasn't over sold on product he was calm and listened to me and he didn't make me feel dumb and was helpful. read more

I called about a part to see if they had it in stock and they put me on hold for 20+ minutes, I hung up, if you can't find a part in 20 minutes somethings wrong. read more

Avoid avoid avoid They have no idea what they are doing. Giving out wrong parts and management is non existent. Better off going to Oreilys or Napa where I know I will get the right parts and reasonable service. Long story short "THEY SUCK BALLS" read more

What a dump! First of all I've been in retail customer service longer than half the idiots working here. Not to mention I've sold more auto parts than they can pronounce. These morons act like they're doing you a favor by shopping here. Instead the other way around. They don't respect the value of a good customer. Making the experience delightful and going over and beyond to make sure customer is ALWAYS right! They walk back and forth looking at the line growing and say nothing. Hey dimwits! Mix in a little we'll be right with you sometime. And how about can i help the next customer in line. Instead of saying "why are you standing in line" that's for returns only. Didn't you read the sign. WTF... So blame the customer. That's smart. Everyone take your business elsewhere. Don't stop at this dump located in the middle of nowhere read more

Great customer service. They went out of their way to figure out what was wrong with my car, and also explained to me what it was, so when I went to a mechanic to fix it, so I wasn't surprised. And the worker that helped me refused to take any tip money. read more

This place has bad customer service . They did not help me at all and overall the employees were rude. My car was serviced wrong because they thought they knew what the problem was but could not fix it . read more

This Autozone is the worst. Terrible service, rude workers. One guy next to me was being helped and the chick helping me rudely interrupted him and starting complaining about another customer. Went to rent a spring compressor and tried giving me a completely different tool. I told her that wasn't it, and she said it was. I even showed her a picture of it on the mat/catalog whatever that thing is. Point is it had a picture and she still argued with me that it was the part I was looking at. This isn't the only time I've had a bad experience. Most workers won't even look you in the eye. I get its a busy store, but work on your customer service. Won't be coming here anymore. :) read more

Appreciated great service tonight. Manager kindly installed windshield wiper blades in 30 seconds that would have taken me an hour. A busy store but staff are always helpful. read more

Terrible customer service! Asked about a tool and the lady who helped me forgot all about it, she started helping other customers on the phone in the back while I'm standing there waiting. I waited about 20 minutes before someone else came out to help me. read more

This location is always fubar. They will sell you some shit that doesn't even work or fit on your vehicle and then claim that the product is damaged when you attempt to return it. I purchased a battery for my motorcycle that had reversed terminals so it wouldn't fit in the battery box. I never installed the battery but they claimed that it had damage to the terminal and they couldn't take it. They then proceeded to find one to exchange it and when the guy grabbed the wrong battery off the shelf again I told him I was good because they obviously don't know what they are doing. It's funny how they'll exchange it so they can toss it back on the shelf but won't give money back to a customer. If you need anything besides paper towels then hit up Amazon or someplace else cause this places employees will damn near slap box with you to save their corporation a dollar after they sold you some shit that doesn't work in the first place. read more

Hate this autozone, I brought in my part to show them and they broke it in half, their solution was not to get me my actual part but to ghetto rig it with some rubber tube and not even offer me clamps to hold it together. I had to go to a junk yard to find the part that they broke. I do not recommend this autozone they do not know what they are doing. What an inconvenience, lost 2 days of work because of them. read more

I have been coming to this Autozone for several years now, and I have to say, do not listen to any negative feedback about this place. EVERY time I have come here I have been treated VERY CARINGLY...Employees go selflessly out of their way to help you...coming outside to help you address whatever issue is happening with your car, always going the extra mile in every possible way. Any negative feedback is NOT DESERVED. If someone comes to this place and finds a line of people looking for help it is only because they are so popular and caring about the customers that there are crowds of people coming back! Thank you Auto Zone for taking care of me so many times I cannot count them any more! read more
