I came in here to buy a stoplight for my car and while I was looking at the tools some random guy with glasses came in saying it was "program time." He was missing a couple of teeth, had glasses, really sweaty but I wasn't sure if he was an unhoused person and ignored him. Overall good service each time I'm there but that guy seemed sketchy. read more

Just wanted to inform you all; Friday January 4, 2019, My elderly parents, both are in their 70's, and dad has Alzheimer's. Their battery went dead at McDonalds off Avenue K. I was at work so I couldn't help. Mom walked to Auto Zone off Avenue K, in Lancaster. The car wouldn't start and was parked 50-75 yards from Auto Zone's front door. The woman working at Auto Zone told my mom, "That's too far of a walk, you'll have to get the car closer to the front of the store for us to help, or remove the battery and walk it over." NO MENTION TO MOM THEY WERE TOO BUSY OR GIVE HER AN OPTION TO WAIT, just that's to far to walk. I used to do lots of business at this particular Auto Zone, I won't anymore. I spoke to the store manager and he could not give me a solid answer on his policy/expectations for his employees in situations like this. Total BS! read more

Felipe is wonderful and always helpful GREAT SERVICE ALL THE TIME. He goes above and beyond

sean was so helpful with finding the things I needed 10/10 customer service wouldn't go to any other autozone my pimp for the win

Tony, who claims she is a manager, needs to get a refresher course in customer service skills. I'd give her a zero if I could.

I am definitely making this auto zone my home store. I went in, required a lot of help and Ed helped me out. He went above and beyond, but apart from that had a great attitude about it and was very informative. He even went the extra mile to help change out equipment in my car. We need more Ed's and his service deserved a review. read more

I am not sure if I have the first name spelled correctly; however, rating is in regards to an employee, Lauren Art. (Male) who works at Home Depot. On December 2, 2104, my back light on my car went out. Being a woman, and an older woman, I had NO idea how to fix it and my commute home in the rain was 90 minutes on the 138! I drove to Auto Zone yesterday to purchase the light and sadly, the employee there did not want to help me put it in. I will not give his name because I do not want him disciplined for perhaps he was just having a bad day. But I am still very hurt and felt that a review was due. I drove home in the rain and in the dark on the scary 138 with no back light. Today, Decemeber 3, 2014, I drove to The Home Depot to purchase a screw driver so that my co-worker could install it for me. When I explained to Lauren Art why I needed the screw driver, he told me, "Don't worry about it, I will fix it for you". Lauren came out in the rain and fixed my light for me. I will forever be grateful for what this employee did for me. What an incredible human being to go that extra mile for a customer. Not only did Lauren keep me safe from a serious accident on the 138, but he also helped me NOT get a HUGE FAT FIX IT TICKET. Life is busy and sometimes we don't stop long enough to say, "Thank you". Today, I want to say THANK YOU to your employee for going that extra mile. I don't think Lauren really understood how grateful I was. I was so discouraged at Auto Zone yesterday but today I learned that there are still very good men in the world. Elenore Medina read more

They sold me a fan clutch, which was apparently a return, missing the nuts to attach to the bolts and install it. Wouldn't go there again!

Very bad customer service. I went in to check my battery. After waiting for 30 minute, I was asked to come back at a better time because they were understaffed and their shipment had just arrived. Not sure if it's because I am a female but all the male were helped out without an issue. Another female in line also spoke up about them jumping over her to attend to a male customer. Thanks to the female employee by the name of Destiny for finally charging my battery. She even made a comment about how her male co-workers didn't carry my heavy battery inside the store for me. Never again at this location. read more

This might be close to my house, but they have lost my business. Went in for battery check guy checked my battery said it was bad. Went in to look up the cost of a new one well this one 135.00 and the Optium is 250.00. I told him I'll take the cheaper one please o I need to order it your battery for your car has to be ordered, but I have the 250.00 in stock. He then proceeded to tell me I have 9 mins to decide because he needed to know. No thank you then he starts giving me an attitude. I don't know what it is with this guy hes cool when the guys that come in but women hes a total a$$hole. I have dealt with him before and after today nope sorry I will take my business elsewhere. read more

The black guy that works here forget his name but he's the best. I had a problem with my Volkswagen Jetta lights not working. He came out and help me get the bulb changed and check to see which one was out and then helped me order new lamps which I ended up having to return because it was electrical problem. But he really helped me out tremendously as I don't have another person to review the brakes to see if they're out. He went out of his way to help. read more

Only reason I'm putting 1 star is because I can't put zero stars. Horrible customer service, sat on hold for them to "look up a part" for 15 mins then hung up on me. Go in store and I'm treated like I'm a problem for asking for help. Highly recommend choosing another autozone branch. read more

Was refer to the store from Rosamond because they didn't carry my battery. I asked if they would install my battery and my reply was" you don't know how to install a battery." Autozone installs batteries for free. The manager replies I'll have one of my guys install it after he's done putting signs up. Ten minutes into putting signs I just ask for a wrench and did it myself. The place was dead. There was over 4 employees watching me from the window. Occasionally they helped someone for a minute at the register. Horrible service, work ethic, and overall customer service. If your want something installed go somewhere else. read more

This is a report for auto zone corporations today I went to buy some breaks and when I said to the lady that is called tiffany it was for a car 2017 I told her the last thing in Spanish and I asked her if she speaks in Spanish and she aggressively told me noooo I am not Mexican with a bad attitude and I gave her the information of my car in English and she told me again that she was not Mexican I thought she was going to attack me and she got very angry and when I went to pay the breaks I told her that I had a discount and she told me again, very angry, I do not need the code, I have it, I feel afraid and if you need to talk to that person, why are you very aggressive with Latino clients? I speak English and Spanish and I am proud to be Latina and that person became very aggressive with me She discriminates against Mexican people and She who is? From China? She name Tiffany read more

Waited about 10 minutes for someone to help me while I could hear a bunch or girls gossiping in the back. Finally the only working guy who was helping another customer had to call the gossip girls to the front. Finally with attitude I was being 'helped' by a rude and uneducated girl. In the end I did not get the parts I needed. I'll be taking my money elsewhere. read more

Do they only hire completely brain-dead employees to work here? The few times I've gone here the workers were either rude, super unhelpful, or just standing around talking and ignoring customers. The last time I'll ever go back was today when I was having some battery trouble. I had a brand new battery I put in a couple weeks ago but my battery light was coming on. I've worked on a lot of cars before and replaced the whole engine and all the components on my own car so I know what I'm doing. Anyways I wanted the battery tested just to be sure so I wouldn't have to buy a new alternator. They send this old guy named "Andrew" out with their battery diagnostic device, he connected it to my battery and said it was a bad battery. I surmised that it wasn't since it was a brand new battery and had to be the alternator, since my power steering pump leaked all over it. Anyways this guy started claiming he used to be a mechanical engineer and rebuilt hot rod engines and sounded like he knew what he was talking about, so I believed him and ended buying a $200 battery. Went home and installed it and then drive down to Santa Barbara where I now live and had the battery die halfway there. The moron didn't even care about properly diagnosing the issue just wanted to push selling a new battery and lied about being a mechanic. Going to return it tomorrow and get an alternator. read more
