I returned a battery after my dealership told me it was incompatible with my vehicle. I had just…read morepurchased the battery 6 months prior. Brandon ran multiple tests on the battery and explained everything patiently. All 3 tests showed the battery was in perfectly good condition. He could have brushed me off, but instead he helped me understand what was going on and treated me with genuine respect. The situation with the dealership ended up getting resolved, and when I went back to AutoZone, Brandon told me a woman came in late that night with children and needed help with a battery. Brandon gave her the one I had returned. That level of compassion and integrity is rare. Brandon didn't just help me - he helped someone else in need. Customer service like that deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Brandon, for being patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind.

This was my first time coming to this branch as I usually go to the location near my home. But today I was visiting family, and we decided to go to this AutoZone on the way to gather several things and possibly ask questions. We got assistance from Colten; right away I can tell he's busy as he was interrupted multiple times and we were left standing at the kiosk. I didn't mind this, but what got on my nerves is how he rushed the process of finding our items. After finding 3 of our items he immediately checked everything out and added me to the rewards program. No asking if we have any questions, offering to print information, if we are looking for anything else, if we want to enlarge the photos of the items found etc. After adding me to the rewards program he told me the total. I said to him, "Can we check for the other items we need before I pay?" He cancelled the transaction and asked us what else we need. By then my mood was soured because it really felt like he did not want us to be there, despite no line and no reason to rush us out. We were looking for information regarding the radiator overflow box and he nearly added it onto my cart without asking if it was even something we wanted to buy today. No asking if we have questions, see alternative options etc. We had to ask if he could print us the information and enlarge the photo. The entire time he never once smiled. Never greeted us and spoke to us in a rushed tone and deadpan expression. As I wanted to get out of there, I paid what Colten found for us and left without asking for more details. Honestly for a manager with poor customer service like that I'm not sure why he bothered to assist us if he was that busy. I would rather wait to get assisted properly with time and care by his staff than to deal with him again.

So first off, be aware all texts and communication by your phone number are AI generated. There is no Jerry! Lol but not really. The other person who gave the review for this dealership about "lies, lies, lies," is 100% accurate! So upon arrival, hardly anyone was around to come and even greet you. If there are sales reps they are just sitting at their desk. I did see some men walking around coming in and out but we were never greeted. We noticed a couple waiting in one of the office areas. Finally, I texted that we were there and the response was, to go back inside and ask for Jerry's AI self. Even the chick that finally walked up to us, kinda had a chuckle when I said the text said to ask for Jerry. So we then ask her about the Durango and we are walked into her office. She asked us how much we were planning to put down and some of our personal information (address, etc) but we still had not heard anything about the car in question. So she takes off, takes awhile to come back and then mentioned to us sorry for taking so long but that she cannot locate that vehicle on their lot or the keys to it. We were so thrown off by this. She literally mentioned this happens a lot, not being able to locate keys to vehicles. Like huh? So then she asks if we wanted to see any other vehicles. We told her we drove all the way out (about an hour) to see that particular vehicle that Jerry's AI self texted is ready to test drive when we arrived. So we asked about another Durango that was literally parked in the front row as you pull into the dealership. She preceded to say "where?" and I even pointed telling her it's the only silver Durango out front as you walk out the front entrance doors. She said she understands but that there are a couple of them. There wasn't. Only one out front. She gave us the pricing finally on it and it wasn't in our budget. Meanwhile, she leaves to go do something and so I just wanted to find out how long the other couple had been waiting. The female mentioned a tad over an hour. I told her yeah, we were told the keys can't be located for the vehicle we were coming to see and she said they were told the same and it was a totally different car. So I ask the girl if there was a manager on site and she said yes. I asked if she could let them know we wanted to speak to them. So then she comes back with the "manager". He asks what he can help us with. I lay out all what had happened and what we were there for. So he says give him a little bit and that he's going to try and look for our vehicle. He comes back and says he tried pulling it up in the system and it wasn't found. So who the h, e, double hockey sticks is lying here!? Her, the manager, both? Anyhow I told him put yourself in our shoes. I asked him how would you like going to look at a specific vehicle you had text communication about that was an hour away with your girlfriend, wife or even by yourself? He said "or my husband". I said "ok, your husband or whomever". He said "I'm kidding". I really didn't care regardless if he was with a man. My point was over looked! I said what I said for the principle of the situation with hopes of him being relatable and making the situation not only heard but taking it in to where they make changes so it's not happening to others moving forward. Screw Clay Cooley! If I could show "zero" stars on my review, I would. Don't be suckered into giving your hard earned financials to this joke of a dealership! Also, "Am I at a club?" The playlist was unprofessional. I can get with Hip Hop music because I'm a fan of it, no doubt but to have the version of Rhiannas, Bitch better have my money playing and just like that, WOW! I just kept hearing bitch, then a guy came on that version going deeper into the obscene language and lyrics and mind you, we were also with our 11 year old son. Awful. Play than in your car or listen to it on your own time. This dealership was crazy, mad, awful. Yes. I wrote this essay intentionally. You read it (or thought of it) No regrets that we, as well as that other couple, left. Waste of time but glad we didn't give our money to them.

I made my selection and asked Eddie a few questions about replacing my mirror. He accompanied me outside to my car to look and see if the mirror I selected would work. He opened the package and we figured out it was slightly off when it came to the size. He offered to order it for me. He proceeded to look and found out they don't sell it. Only the full replacement piece. That being so he said there was something we could look at. So we went to the aisle and found a product that let me cut what I needed so I had a temporary fix until I could buy the parts I need. 10/10 because this is the type of service that I not only expect when I walk into a store but they looked at me as a person who was fixing her car not a female in a dress out of her element.

My battery died and got a jump and wanted to see if they could test it cause Oreileys has always helped me in the past. She asked her store manager they said they couldn't help me. I drove across the street and it was no problem for the other store. It wasn't a big deal I just didn't know how and apparently neither does this Oreileys. Definitely needed the battery and the guy at the other shop showed me how simple it was and could have been tested at Oreileys. Disappointed in the lack of help I received.
