They usually assist me with my needs. Spouse was under the weather so I came here. I bought the fuses but this time they didn't want to assist with replacing the fuse. There was only 1 customer before me. Not busy, but who am I to know what else was going on behind the scenes. Drove across the street, Auto Zone, bought more fuses, lol, and they replaced my fuse. I've been coming here and continually giving it chance after chance and I'm truly done. They don't honor your time requests. They don't do the services requested but document that they did. I've called the manager with no return call. The service guys don't communicate with the cashiers. For such a SMALL dealership, you'd think that the service would be better. I don't know all of their names but my recent convo was with Vance, who knew I needed my car by noon. (Picked up at 8 am for an oil change). With 5 open bays, there is no reason for this. If you can't meet the timeline a responsible call would have been nice. I can't even fathom buying my Fords here because service stinks so bad. The cashiers are friendly though. The Star is for them.

If I could leave a 0 I would. This shop does not communicate with you at all and are stupid high in…read moretheir estimates. I had my car at this shop for 10 days and only heard from them once. Decided to have my car towed to another shop. Once there it was discovered that B&B mechanics took out my spark plugs and disconnected all kinds of hoses. All of which didnt need to be done for what was wrong with the car, an evap purge valve. The second shop had to fix what the B&B mechanics did in retaliation of us removing my car from their shop before they could fix the initial problem. B&B quoted 1500.00 to fix my car. Burdicks Auto Solutions in McKinney had my car for two days and have my car fixed and cost me 1350.00 to fix the damage that was done by B&B, fix the puge valve, and gave me an oil change. Of course my husband was stern in his interaction with the staff at B&B but never cussed or screamed. Once things were resolved in the office, he went outside to his truck contact AAA to get the tow truck in route. Two of B&B mechanics came out to his truck and threatened to beat him down. Totally unacceptable behavior all the way around. I highly suggest you dont use this shop for anything. All of this would have been avoided had they just called us to keep us in the loop of what was going on with my car.

So if you need washer fluid those places are fine but you need parts then Napa. And for some reason Napa usually has good people behind the counter. Although that blonde lady behind the counter could cheer up a bit.
