Negatives: Coffee bar is Uber unwelcoming and the coffee was old and burnt. 100's of old magazines Oil change and wash took 2 hours and I was the only one there. Lady sitting at counter unwelcoming and on cell phone. TV not on No decorations for holidays, or music or festive So, without sounding spoiled, you don't have to have a bougie coffee bar or a big screen television. You don't have to have fall decorations.But you should be welcoming and maybe have a welcoming atmosphere. Car sales here may not be a problem, but knowing a dealership will try to make you comfortable while you have no choice but to wait on service, means the world. Maybe what I am sensing is a lack of pride in this workplace.

04/01/24 ~ April Fools Day ~…read more We use this O'Reilly for our primary auto part stuff. I've always had excellent customer service here. Something was off on April Fools Day. They usually assist me with my needs. Spouse was under the weather so I came here. I bought the fuses but this time they didn't want to assist with replacing the fuse. There was only 1 customer before me. Not busy, but who am I to know what else was going on behind the scenes. Drove across the street, Auto Zone, bought more fuses, lol, and they replaced my fuse. I've been coming here and continually giving it chance after chance and I'm truly done. They don't honor your time requests. They don't do the services requested but document that they did. I've called the manager with no return call. The service guys don't communicate with the cashiers. For such a SMALL dealership, you'd think that the service would be better. I don't know all of their names but my recent convo was with Vance, who knew I needed my car by noon. (Picked up at 8 am for an oil change). With 5 open bays, there is no reason for this. If you can't meet the timeline a responsible call would have been nice. I can't even fathom buying my Fords here because service stinks so bad. The cashiers are friendly though. Decided to have my car towed to another shop. Once there it was discovered that B&B mechanics took out my spark plugs and disconnected all kinds of hoses. All of which didnt need to be done for what was wrong with the car, an evap purge valve. The second shop had to fix what the B&B mechanics did in retaliation of us removing my car from their shop before they could fix the initial problem. B&B quoted 1500.00 to fix my car. Burdicks Auto Solutions in McKinney had my car for two days and have my car fixed and cost me 1350.00 to fix the damage that was done by B&B, fix the puge valve, and gave me an oil change. Of course my husband was stern in his interaction with the staff at B&B but never cussed or screamed. Once things were resolved in the office, he went outside to his truck contact AAA to get the tow truck in route. Two of B&B mechanics came out to his truck and threatened to beat him down. Totally unacceptable behavior all the way around. I highly suggest you dont use this shop for anything. All of this would have been avoided had they just called us to keep us in the loop of what was going on with my car.

The shop "forgot" $100 of labor on the first estimate for the Accord and then their repair did not fix the problem. When my son called to let them know they told him they would call him the next day. They did not. Three days later they finally say they have fixed the problem and I "only" need to pay for the part. On the Civic we had the same problem with the estimate being "under" and it was not fixed, either. I won't be going back EVER. If I could give no stars I would.
