At the end of the service they charged $155 to put our own tire on at their shop. Not mobile service - we drove to them. When I called later and asked how much that should have been the owner said "I don't know I think he charges $50." When I told him that we had been grossly over charged he said "Don't call me anymore. I don't care." Definitely don't use this shop they are 100% a scam

I found Maddison through a Yelp request that went out to several auto lockout services. A few never responded. Others quoted one price to get my attention, then tried to tack on additional charges. Maddison responded right away. He said he could come out at 9 p.m., but also pointed out that it would cost less if we scheduled for early the next morning. I appreciated the straightforward advice and our clear text communication. The next morning, he arrived exactly when he said he would and charged precisely what he had quoted the evening before. He resolved my lockout quickly and professionally. He also let me know he could replace my lost key fob with an OEM unit, including cutting and programming, at a price well below what the dealership would charge. I'm impressed with this young man and the way he runs his business. The next time I need a locksmith, he'll be my first call.
