About 2 weeks ago, I needed screws for my front bumper license plate. The young man showed me what they had. I asked him to look at the bumper because it doesn't have holes-just indents where the screws go. He acted like he didn't want to look. He had a couple suggestions, but seemed very uninterested.

When he got off phone, he ignored us and walked away to fill phone order, I presume. He returned to register, called over another associate, who had finished with his customer, and asked him to do something for him, instead of either one waiting on us. I finally had to ask if he could PLEASE HELP US buy a radiator hose. He said, "I will in a minute," and made us wait 5 more minutes! Next time we will go across the street to O'Reilly Auto Parts!!

They usually assist me with my needs. Spouse was under the weather so I came here. I bought the fuses but this time they didn't want to assist with replacing the fuse. There was only 1 customer before me. Not busy, but who am I to know what else was going on behind the scenes. Drove across the street, Auto Zone, bought more fuses, lol, and they replaced my fuse.
