I had called in advance. I spoke to Brian, who assured me that they had the wipers I needed and that he would even install them for me. When I arrived about 1 hour later, Brian greeted me. He went and found the wipers I needed. He double-checked the size, and I paid. Then, he went out into the freezing cold and installed them for me! When he had to go back in to attach the adapters, he made sure that I came in out of the cold also. A few minutes later they were installed, and he made sure I tried them out before I left. I was out in Hudson so I figured I would check out Great Lakes Hyundai in Streetsboro and I was impressed. First they actually seemed to want my buisness, I was actually greeted when I came into the dealership. Second Justin did a nice job as the salesperson finding the vehicle I wanted and keeping me informed. Third Great Lakes was willing to knock $1000 off the price to get me to commit to the purchase. Fourth they ageed to the minor conditions I requested; not putting on the protection plan and no dealership decals on the car. Overall a very good experience. Delivery took a while, but that is typical these days. Justin kept me informed without being overbearing and he followed up after the delivery. If you are looking for a Hyundai I would give Great Lakes an opportunity; they are a bit low key, but they are willing to make deals. Because of the location I will probably have the service done at a dealership closer to me, but if I was purchasing another car I would definitely give Great Lakes a try.

Canton auto salvage I can't say enough good stuff about the place.Lost my phone there didn't…read morerealize it till I was 20 miles from the there.I called em when I got home and explained my situation to the owner by this time it's 445 he says they close at 5 and not open on this particular Saturday but he would be there till 515 so I haul ass and get there he lets me go retrieve my phone and it took some time to find it as I was searching for parts when I lost it but he came and found me actually helped me look for it , called my phone from his cell phone and when that didn't work he informed me he had left the shop open with a guy there who would stay there untill I located my phone . it took me 45 mins to find it and I didn't wanna leave without it being a iPhone and there not cheap as we all know but the young man was there waiting to let me out when I was done. The courtesy he extended me was far beyond what I ever would have hoped for and I'm very grateful that he left the shop open for me to retrieve my phone.
