They will not take accountability for the lack of service availability. When calling customer support, they will consistently gaslight you. "I can assure you that our services have been consistently available all throughout January." A minute later, "I'm not saying that our services were never down." I've been a member since May 2025 and over the past month, the services were down 9 times every time I've visited AutoWash Meadow Pointe. They just kept telling me to come back the next day because they can "see from live camera footage that the services are up currently." Worst Car Wash Experience Ever I paid $22.85 for the "Superior Plus" wash at Autowash on June 16, 2025 (Invoice #1CD8DCF3, Receipt #26295524). The kiosk took my payment--and then displayed "OUT OF SERVICE." No wash. No refund. I called their number five times. Left voicemails. No response. I even emailed--nothing. It's been days. They took my money and vanished. This is beyond frustrating. If your equipment is broken, don't accept payment. And if a customer reaches out, have the decency to respond. Total scam vibes. Four years ago, I gave a 4 star review. Unfortunately, my experiences have changed and I've had several less impressive visits. If I just do the drive-through car wash, even the highest level wash, the most expensive wash, my car still comes out dirty. I tried using the self service bay to pre-soak the car and then go through the Autowash: this worked the first time. The second time one of the presoak options was not available in the self surface bay so I was forced to use the foam gun which ended up dying both my hands, my right ankle and my left shoe, brand new shoe, all blue. I then did the drive-through automated wash, and my car still came out dirty, and the blue foam from the self service bay was still on my car. So for the cost and the time to do the self service bay pre-soak and then the drive-through automated and still come out with a dirty car, Im just gonna hand wash my baby at home. This place is popular, it must work for others. read more

This place is truly garbage. I'm paying for membership and at this point it's just a waste of money. Nothing here ever works. One of the auto bays is always closed because it's broken. The self service bays are even worse, most of the time the pressure is super weak. The air dryer guns don't even work half the time, they really need to pay attention to this location more. They used to be good, not anymore. Putting touch screens in a car wash that is going to be wet was a terrible idea. The analog knob was working just fine. They have cut down the time on the self wash bays with the subscription. Not enough time to watch your vehicle if I have to purchase a car wash with the point of having a subscription too. Pretty decent experience, might come back again after trying other options nearby. The line wasn't too bad for touchless, about 15 minutes during a Monday afternoon. I'm mainly annoyed by the Essentials wash; they say if any accessories go over 6" away from the car's frame that you *have* to use this low quality option, which doesn't give wax or even drying. My SUV, like many others, has crossbars for roof accessories. They top out at 3.5" from the frame, but I called customer service just to double check the rules. They said to ignore the 6" threshold and only use Essentials. If Autowash can either clarify that my car is in the clear for actually good options, or update their Contouring system to accommodate a pretty standard car size/type, then I'd come back! But it's not worth $12 for just soap and water without even drying my car off. read more

Half the time, their auto washes are broken or dont work. I had a membership and finally got fed up because I could never use it. I got it to work 3 out of the 9 times I went The membership allows 1 wash per day, and if it thinks you used it, it says you can purchase a second wash that day. You can also only be logged in on one phone every 30 days and they make you and your spose pay extra to have the membership on more than one phone even if youre only using one wash per day they still want you to pay extra. The only saving grace is their dog wash, which is why I purchased the membership in the first place, but I can wash both my dogs for less than the memberahip and get quality washes that work for less elsewhere. Pass them by and go somewhere else. read more

So far, so good. I became a member to help me keep my car clean and I've enjoyed using it so far except for one Saturday morning when it was so busy that I had to wait more than 30 minutes to go through the wash! I like that the company has a number you can call if you have issues and you can get a real person without too much trouble. I lost internet when I was there once and couldn't get the app to give me the code for my wash, but it was easily resolved by calling for help. Overall, can't complain. It's a car wash! It's what I expected and I think it's a good value if you plan to wash your car weekly or more often. Looking forward to trying the Dog Wash when it's warmer! read more

I've been an AutoWash member for several months now. Overall as a company, they're GREAT! I've been to multiple locations (since a membership is valid at every location) but I use this location the most. Overall the quality is good, it's a good clean location, I like the vacuum layout, owner/ manager seems to be good at addressing customer concerns which I highly respect. This would be a 5 star review, but I'm a little disappointed with my last 2 visits which is why I have to leave this at 2 stars for now, but hopefully if these issues are addressed I can put it back up to 5 stars. I have a bi-annual membership. I think it's a great value for $200. (I literally come almost every single day after work). My last visit to this location was on (08/29/2023). I loaded up my app (like I do every time I come) and requested the Superior Plus wash. It generated my code, but when I entered the code the machine said "code invalid". I entered the code multiple times and verified multiple times I was entering the correct code to which I was. After 5 attempts I simply backed out thinking maybe it was a simple glitch, but when I backed out it said I already used my daily wash (even though I never actually did) so my only option was to purchase another wash through the app. I was highly upset about this because I'm paying for a service that doesn't even work, so the wash that should have been included in my membership was wasted and I had to purchase a separate wash. Again, the wash is fantastic! No complaints there. The Superior Plus wash is $22, but I bought it through the app (which gives you a $5 discount) plus I had a $2 credit on my account from the "Otto's Spin to Win" wheel. So all in all it only cost $11 for the wash, but again, highly disappointing a membership I'm paying $200 hasn't even worked on my last 2 occasions at this wash. My final complaint is the vending machine. It's always well stocked and occasionally I try to vend a large blue microfiber towel to dry my vehicle with, (since every few washes they wear out), but every time I try to vend one, they get stuck in the machine. I've gone to several other locations and had fine luck with their machines, but the difference is this location stocks all the microfiber towels vertically, and others stock the towels horizontally, so when the machine attempts to dispense the item, it freely falls down instead of flopping over and getting stuck against the glass like it does at this location. Again, I understand this review might be viewed as "petty" but ultimately I've been a loyal customer here for months now, and I will continue to be a loyal customer, I just hope the owners/ managers see this review and see if there's anyway to fix these simple problems. It's not the end of the world, I understand it may have just been a fluke day or a glitch in the machines, but again, just disappointing to be paying extra for service I should be able to access with my membership. read more

It cost $8.50 for the manual wash including using the power brush, high pressure wash, and high pressure rinse. It's nice to use a credit card and not have to worry about using coins or tokens anymore. read more

This wash has issues with the sensor pad on the left bay for the Autowash. It has been this way for months and they never fix it. It also does a poor job of drying. Go to the bay on the right. Had my first visit to AutoWash at Meadow Pointe today, and used the automatic, no-touch wash. I was not disappointed. I wanted to try the $8 wash, but unintentionally selected the $10 wash instead. Good wash, thorough and there was an undercarriage wash as well. This one may just become my 'go to' site for washes. It's close in, and the wash nozzles do not come too close to the car. This car wash is Terrible! You get an initial 2 minutes for 2 bucks then you each quarter you add only lasts for a very short time. I felt like I was in Vegas feeding the Slot machine.
