This so-called mechanic, to me is Sadie deceptive and unreliable. He worked on my Niece's old school classic Nova, to simply replace a power steering pump. We left it overnight, went back to pick it up he was nowhere in sight. Although he knew that she was coming to pick her car up. No phone no text no email. Finally I texted him that I needed some work on my car and I was in the area and he picked up the phone. Now mind you he hadn't picked up the phone for my niece for the last at least hour. I handed her the phone his explanation was, that his phone had been broken he told me the screen was broken and he couldn't see who called was calling. When he finally arrived at the shop, I asked him what the problem was he said his phone had broken he showed me a phone that was off, but there was no broken screen. I asked him was he done as he had been supposedly working on the car since the day before. Usually replacing in power steering pump is a one to two hour job for a good mechanic he said he was bleeding the system I saw no hoses or anything anywhere the problem came when I requested the old part which we never got. Also we had to come back for the car which was supposedly bleeding. The next day while driving the vehicle it start to smoke and they were flames. We found out later the distributor was loose. Apparently someone had bumped the distributor and the carburetor, and that was leakage from the gas or other fluid flammable no less. I'll be very Leary of taking my vehicle to such a dismissive repair shop and I use the term loosely. The customer service is nonexistent. And after I asked about the part that he supposedly removed I was told GET THE F OUT REPEATEDLY. Needless to say there was a verbal altercation that almost got really bad. This man has no respect for his customers their autos do not leave your car in this man's care. Do not trust what he says is wrong with your car. According to the automobile bureau, a customer has the right to receive the removed part. We are taking our vehicle to the automotive repair bureau in rancho Cordova, to be inspected for proper repair. To be forewarned is to be armed. read more

Wow awesome shop! Called first because the reviews were great and he was straight up with me and even beat the ballpark price he quoted me on the phone. Derick even took the time on the phone to listen and discuss my ac situation unlike a couple other shops that just hurried me off the phone and tried to tell me to just bring my car in. The service was pretty quick and he reassured me that if I have any issues with it in the near future or it's not blowing as cold as I think it should be, to bring it back and they'll take care of it no questions asked. This place is terrible. I had a 2015 Subaru that needed an A/C charge. I went in and asked. The guy told me they had sensor issues and he'd diagnose it for me. I told him I was selling the vehicle and just needed a charge on the a/c system. It had low miles and I was sure the ac was ok. It belonged to my elderly father. He refused to charge the system without first charging me a diagnostic fee. These are the type is scam artist places you need to stay away from. Without even looking at your vehicle they what to charge you for unnecessary work. I went down the street and got the a/c charged somewhere else for $109 and was on my way. BE AWARE OF THESE PLACE - THEY RIPPED ME OFF I am not sure how they could possibly got all 5 stars here but I will tell you exactly how my service went. I was in the area for work and I need to do an oil change because I need to get to Elko, Nevada on the same day. I looked this place up on Yelp and found them very legit with all 5 stars. I called them asked them how much is the Synthetic Oil Change for my Dodge Durango, the guy said $85, I told him I will be over in a minute. Upon arrival and checked into front desk. They guy called another place to bring him the Synthetic oil because he didn't have any. About 20min later there is a truck dropping off the oil for my car. Took them about 35min to finish the oil change for me. The front desk guy them them gave me the invoice, he said $85 with $30 LABOR!! What in the world is this? I got my car oil change everywhere and never seen a place added a LABOR TO OIL CHANGE PRICE!! They SHOULD OF gave me a whole price when I asked about the oil change which they never did!! Imagine you getting your car repair here what else would they hide from you??? That WAS NOT IT... 1. They never reset my oil life meter 2. They never fill up my windshield water 3. I found out they NEVER replace my oil filter!! I reported them to BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair). Please be aware of these guys! read more

I thought I knew what the issue was and was quoted a great price to fix it but come to find out that wasn't the issue and it took more time and work to have my issue resolved. Derrick kept me informed every step of the way. Although he could have just replaced what I thought was needed, he took his time found out the real issue, fixed it and gave me my part back that was not needed so I could get a refund. Had to change a power steering hose and looked up what other people charge before I came here. His price was $30 cheaper than anyone I seen pay online. I am used to paying dirt cheap at a shop in DPH for the past 10 years so the price for a labor is a little more to a normal labor rate, however, still on the lower end.
