I took my car to get washed inside and out with the car vacuumed out inside . I was watching them clean my car and the two guys opened the back doors wiped them and did not vacuum. I do have a dog so I have a dog hammock I needed vacuumed. I usually keep up on the car cleaning so it was not bad at all. They didn't even bother trying. I won't go back here or any other location. Every other part of the car was given poor attention. There were streaks on my windows. I had to ask my boyfriend to redo them. They also didn't get the bird mess off the hood of the car. Save your money. I spent $40 late yesterday afternoon on their "ultimate" car wash. It was "ultimate" alright, and "ultimate" waste of money. Got up this morning, and had to spend 40 minutes re-washing the car to get all of the water spots off of it. It was like they didn't even dry it!! The inside was o.k., not bad, but not great. The outside was a disaster. It actually looked worse than when I went it. Why? Why can't I get a good car wash for the price I pay? Why? What's so hard about it?! So disappointed. I paid for hand car wash 50$. Only to see still dry missed spots and the bottom part of the vehicle pretty much untouched. It's a big vehicle GMC Yukon but if I'm paying you you better wash my car. And they didn't! Big disappointment. My car's interior was not very clean after they finished it. It started to hail while I was there and the manager came out and told customers to bring their cars back within 72 hours to be re-washed for free-otherwise I would have given them one star. Also, they charged $3.00 more than Corwood Carwash down the street, who did a better job on our other car. $3.00 is not a lot of money, but when you pay more and get less it becomes important. And I tipped the worker $5 before looking at how they did the job! I will return within the 72 hours to have them re-do the car and if they do it right I will change my review, otherwise I would skip Autopia and go to Corwood. read more

THIEVES!!! My credit card was charged NINE TIMES since I got my car washed back on July 8, 2020! I just noticed now since scanning through my statements - an "Autopia Car Wash - Dublin" charge for $39.95 on April 8, 2021, which was impossible since I was out of the country last week! Then when I searched back for more transactions with "Autopia Car Wash - Dublin" I saw they had charged me multiple times at different prices since my first and only car wash last year, which BTW was AWFUL. My car was covered in water marks, smears from oils AND beach sand, tanbark and leafs still covered my back seat & floors after my hiking trip to Santa Cruz. I pointed this out to the person who washed my car and they went back and vacuumed only a little before saying they were done. Before seeing my car's condition, I had tipped them $15 which was almost half the cost of the wash itself. Wish I hadn't done that. Now I know they commit FRAUDULENT CHARGES as well. They always do a great job when I come. It's conveniently next to the freeway and a really good Chinese spot. You can get your car washed...order food to-go next door...and by the time you're foods ready so is your car. I can on a Sunday when it was packed and it still only took 20 minutes. I like how they pay special attention to the center console cause that's where all the food crumbs collect. They also pay a layer of wax on with the basic package which is always a plus. If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I had a monthly membership for $43 per month and had problems consistently it is not worth it. I have a pick up truck and they're idea of cleaning was to leave the bed of my truck completely full of mud. That was the last straw and I immediately canceled my membership. Being a member for two years already. They are pretty affordable if you get the membership pass! They don't really pay attention to details so I always have to double check every time they finish. But their manager or higher level supervisor is very nice and friendly! If they are there for the day, you got lucky! He would make sure everything is perfect and make sure you got what you want! We've been coming to Autopia Car wash here in Dublin for over 2 years. We have our SUV and sedan both under two separate VIP monthly packages. For our SUV, the monthly price is $39.99 for Monday - Thursday and is the same price for our sedan. I love that I don't get charged extra for having a large car. We bring the SUV at least 4 times a month averaging around $10 a wash! That's amazing for this size of car. The Autopia check in gentleman is usually Javier. Javier is so kind with my kids. He is always making them laugh. The car was itself Is really good for the price. My car has shiny tires and trim, smells great and the wash is interior and exterior. The more I come, the cleaner my car is overall which makes me happy! For the Bay Area, the prices and services are great. Coming in the morning is best too! This helps beat the lines and I would avoid the lunch or after work time frame if possible. read more

Of all the car wash places I have gone around the Bay Area this has to be the worst. When you pay 36.95 you expect to have a clean car at least. But today when they were not busy. They did the worst cleaning ever. I have a white Altima so of course you can see if it's not clean. I look at the bumpers and it was still dirty with bugs.. so I tell they guy. This place was so bad, it revived my Yelp account from the grave. Told myself I wouldn't review anymore but I feel like I would be doing the honest paying customers a disservice if I didn't put my honest feedback. I was cruising down the street today since it was in the 90's outside and decided to get my car wash so when I looked up a good car wash spot, this business came up. Let me start off by saying, that if you went to your local AM/PM $5.99 exterior car wash, used your hose in the backyard, or heck, find a fundraiser event where kindergarteners wash your car, will all do a MUCH better job than how I got ripped off by these scallywags. I pull up and decide to just get the $9.99 deal because the line of cars were longer than the wait for the Tower of Terror ride at Disneyland. I was having a great day, so I anticipated waiting an hour or so to get my car cleaned. Once, I arrive in line, an employee approaches me and asks what service package will I get and I let him know just the outside will suffice. He notifies me the price and said it should be no more than 20 minutes until my car is done..... I almost had a heart attack once he told me how quick this was gonna be lol. I'm already calculating that there's about 12 cars in front of me, so please tell me how that's feasible. I almost took my car into reverse and jetted out of there faster than Goku's instant transmission, but something told me to just give it a chance and try it out (I should have listened to my instincts). Once I hop out my whip, I'm directed to go inside and pay in their shop. I walk in and not only is no one there to greet me or take my money, the cash register, snacks and beverages as well as a computer in the back office is completely unguarded and if I had ill will intentions, I could have walked out of there scot-free. So finally, Big Helga comes through 3 minutes later, while on her cell phone and hanging up mean mugging me but not saying a word. I had to initiate the conversation and tell her that I wanted to pay for my car wash. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but she said less words than the silent giant red bird in the Angry Birds movie. I was still in a good mood so didn't let that faze me and went outside to wait for my car. Lo and behold, 20 minutes went by and my car was actually ready. I was amazed at first seeing that people who were there before me were still waiting (Assuming they had a different car wash service) but I noticed my car was the only one in the shade while the rest were in the sun. I briefly inspected, but from what I could see, the car actually looked good. I gave the dude a tip and went about my day. I decided to take a pit stop at the Safeway gas station and fill up my tank since it's close by. On my way there, I saw fingerprints on my front, driver side and side view mirrors along with smear marks! I almost did a fast and furious drift back to their shop and made them finish the job correctly, but again, in a good mood, so I let it go and went to fill up my tank. I finally park at the gas station, and what do you know, the sun is beaming on my car exposing ALL KINDS of water marks. I honestly felt like my car was cleaner than before I wasted my money at this rip-off, half @$$ business. I almost walked inside Safeway and bought picket signs and a box of markers to start a boycott from this organization. I would actually feel better knowing I lost money from my wallet, than having known I spent money at this car wash having it come out dirtier than when I first left it in their hands to clean. Was told that would be cancelled if was seen with UBER decals, because I would use it too much. That's the whole reason for a monthly plan. Working FT in Walnut Creek now so looking for consistent car wash to go to. First time at Autopia... 1. Not super-easy to find entrance or where to go, but once there, the guys checking-in are friendly and helpful. 2. Chose a "full-service" detailing inside and out (no waxing though). 3. Went inside where the person running was quite dis-shoveled, but no matter that as her attitude was WAY worse when I asked a few questions about the car wash, frequent user programs and coupons. I just paid my one-time amount and went and sat down. 4. Hoping for a clean car, I got a C+ at best as the car was still visibly dirty in a few spots on the outside, but most of the problem was on the inside. The worst offense was what looked like a jolly rancher or cough drop had been dried on the dash that was NOT there prior to the wash. Went and tried this new car wash for the first time. They offer starting at $40 a month unlimited washes Monday thru Thursday. If this place were a bit closer to home I might have opted for VIP membership. But since it was my first time I wanted to see how they did first. I went for a car wash couple weeks ago. The service was okay because they ruined my paint coating of the bumper without letting me know when they gave me my car key. I blamed myself for being neglected for not checking my car when I left the car wash place. I was on the phone and was rushed to go to work where is only 10 mins away. After I arrived to my work place and got out of my car, I realized the paint of my bumper got stripped. Hence I called the car wash right away to inform them about the incident. They then had to wait for the supervisor to process the issue. The supervisor finally contacted me at 6pm and took couple pictures about it the day after. Never heard anything back from them since then. It was my first time and my last time withy his car wash. Be aware win their service. Ive been to other Autopia"s to get my car washed and have never had any issues with having my car spotless. i went here on a Saturday morning around 10am there were 3 other cars getting dried off while 2 ahead of me in line. When i got my car back i spotted multiple areas of the car that were either missed or a very poor job was done. Finger prints were still visible on the back windows of the car. carpets were not vacuumed properly lots of debris left on the side of the car seats. i paid a good amount of money $40+ on top of TIP) to have my car cleaned, but to get this kind of service and be looked at like i was complaining when i asked to have the car redone. i would say do not come here you're better off taking the time to clean your car yourself. Got my car washed here today. I got the works wash for $24. As I started driving away after my car was done, I see my dashboard is still dusty and you can see where they did one quick swipe and left the rest. My windshield was also still dirty. I figured I could clean those quickly when I got home. When I get home and take an actual look around the car, I see that there was still leaves and dirt everywhere! This place is ok if you want a simple car wash they have so much going on that they don't really pay attention in cleaning your car. I had got my car cleaned here and they were so quick that they didn't get everything off the mats so when I got home I had to touch up. If I paid so much money why should I have to go home and clean. I Honestly feel that after this experience it rather just clean my own car and save money because if I had to come home and clean more then what's the point of them. I dunno why, but with a name like Autopia I was expecting some place that was like a super futuristic carwash. It's not. It is a pretty standard car wash. They do a really solid job for the price though. I came in the evening right before they closed and got through really quickly. They are cranking those cars out! I really don't know anymore what it takes in the Bay Area to get your car properly washed and cleaned. I guess I should just do it myself next time and get the result I'm expecting. I'm not sorry, that I'm used to far better car cleaning for a lot less (and I am willing to pay more, just to get the job properly and I mean *properly* done). The prices for cleaning your vehicle here are steep ($20, without tip, for basic cleaning)! We paid extra, just to have the inside of the car and the boot properly cleaned (additional $25). Again, no luck. If you only care to have the surface cleaned (where your eyes linger most - dash, windshield and seats), then it's okay, otherwise find a different place. The front of the car still had remnants of flies and dust after(!) washing. They didn't bother moving our things (a cable, an empty box for groceries in the boot, and a water bottle in the side pocket) and cleaning underneath them, not to mention vacuuming under the seat or in the boot. Obviously they've never heard of such thing. Seriously, when I get back to my car I expect it to be spotless (no hair, no tiny stones from shoes, no dust, no leaves,.. nothing), even under the seats and in the boot! How difficult it is to move the seat to and fro and vacuum underneath, and open up a boot?! Such sloppy work, I can't believe it! It seems like all these (instant) car washes have two things in common: do it fast and do it half-assed. Do as many cars as you can in as little time as possible, no matter if you do it poorly - they obviously don't get enough complaints. The lines are indeed very long, and you'd expect to wait at least an hour or more to get your car back with that many people (I'm used to leaving my car at a proper car wash for 4 hours, to get it cleaned as it should be). Nope. We got ours back in less than 20 minutes (I timed it on purpose), even with that "extra attention" we paid for. We gave them a chance, four times. No more. We've had it! We're not coming back. We're gonna try hard to find someplace that's not as sloppy and does not overcharge for poor service. Avoid them if possible. read more

WARNING do even let them mention their terrible carwash membership program. I went here for a simple carwash, they offered me a membership program in June, I asked if this was a monthly payment program they said yes and then I declined the offer. 3 months later I notice a recurring charge on my credit card from this place, I went back to to complain, they said it this charge was for their monthly membership fee. The cashier told me she explained explained the terms to me perfectly, which was far from the truth. She then directed me the website to file my complaint. I have never been to a more deceiving cash wash establishment in my life, I do not advise anyone go to this carwash unless they want to be robbed by their deceiving membership program. read more

There are not a lot of car wash establishments that use all cloth cleaning. This one is rather pricey but worth it if you don't want your car scratched up with a machine. Overall efficient process and good service made it worth while. I am sure I will be back since I have a black car and no matter what is done it always looks dirty. read more
