Outstanding Customer Care. We purchased our certified pre owned vehicle completely pressure free. The Salesperson, Marcus Giles, was phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable about all the models, including historical data. He went well beyond the call of duty to ensure my satisfaction. I had done my homework and knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. After identifying the car, I simply wrote down my offer, the manager Dion returned within 5 min to explain their best offer. I knew it was a good offer, but i said I wanted to think about it and would return in a couple hours. No pressure, they said offer would be waiting for me if I decided to return. I returned and within 2 hours i was driving away. On the 3rd day, although I liked my car, I started wishing I had considered my 2nd choice of vehicles. Although I had exceeded the 150 miles, i was still allowed to change cars. To add insult to injury, after all the paperwork had been redone for me, i changed my mind and decided to keep my original car. Marcus, Dion and Shannon maintained complete courtesy, kindness and understanding through this entire process. All they cared about was my satisfaction. Can someone tell me what kind of since this makes. I call Wolfchase Ford to get a replacement key for my 1999 F-150, because I lost the other one and the parts guy told me to call a locksmith. I was like this is a Ford, your product and you can't get another key for me? He said no, so I called Homer Skelton in Millington and they said come in with the spare key and they will take care of it. With all that being said, unless your buying a vehicle from Wolfchase, don't waste your time or effort. Terrible service. read more

This place has some of the worst communication I've ever dealt with. I was calling to talk about a warranty on my fiancé's truck. Well first off the front desk lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and sounded very impatient as if she didn't even want to be doing her job in the first place. Well I try to get in touch with a guy in finance but after the 3rd attempt of just getting his voicemail and waiting hours for a call back we decided to just go up the and see him. When we get there I tell him how I've been trying to get in touch and been waiting awhile for a call back and he says he's been busy with a careless attitude. We tell him what's going on and he responds to everything with "I don't know". Well I know I won't be dealing with these folks ever again. read more

CORPORATE AMERICA: Greed over good old-fashioned, HONEST customer service If you're thinking of buying a car here, do your research and don't take their word for anything. I repeat no matter how nice they are, don't let your guard down! I found an SUV with 57,000 miles on the sticker. I was determined to buy and did not have time to test drive. I did not even plan to negotiate because I was sure this vehicle was what I wanted. I asked for the bottom line price and wrote a check for 26,900 the next day. After almost finishing and going to sign the paperwork, I noticed they wrote 66,200 miles. When I made them aware it was incorrect, there was confuion between the sales person and manager. I was prepared to walk away, but they gave me 10,000 miles of free service and blamed the mistake on the new associate. Since the new associate was being blamed I decided to go ahead and sign the paperwork because that person was actually helpful. They promised me the DVD player worked and they promised to detail the car to my satisfaction prior to me leaving. When I got the car, it wasn't detailed appropriately so the guy told me to bring it back the next day and he would take care of it. When I drove it home I realized later the windshield wipers didn't work and neither did the DVD player. When I took it back a couple days later, they refused to fix the DVD player without me paying for it and then I realized they only wrote 4000 miles of free service instead of the 10000 promised. At this time I tried to use the 5 day no questions asked return but the guy wouldn't allow me to give the car back because he said the 5 days was up even though I had already tried the day before because I wasn't satisfied and they wouldn't allow me to do that either. This was the most misrepresented information I have ever gotten as a customer and I would recommend you not to use this place because they clearly don't appreciate and respect the customers that allow their business to remain open. Don't take your car here for any major repairs. Once they get your money, they have no interest in you. They do not honor their own manufacturers warranty! Their kindness quickly halts once you have paid. So far, my loss, over $1,200.00. Worst place to buy a car. Both me and my roommate brought 2017 Mustangs up their. It has been 8 months and they are still not honoring their commitment on referral bonus. Still waiting on 200 bucks check. Even the mangers doesn't even seem to care. I have been their in person twice past week. No proper response from the salesperson I dealt with and also the managers up their. The only thing he says is I will call you back. Managers doesn't even care to take responsibility. I use to trust AutoNation Ford Wolfchase with everything but after my last visit, I will never ever come back. First, they left everything out of my trunk, all the way down to my spare. My back seat carpets were left wet after water drainage. My daughter's car seat was just roughly thrown back in. The biggest problem was that I came in for rear defroster issues on my convertible top Mustang. After pick up, we noticed that the rear glass was unattached from the fabric. We went back and the service manager, Nick, threw out as many excuses as he could. After being so upset, he said they'll paid for it to be fixed at a place he recommended. After calling back with the price of $1,300, he said they would only pay if it was $300 or less and will look for a cheaper place. Unhappy with this, I left an e-mail for the service director,John. He claimed it was just wear and tear of having a convertible top and claimed they didn't even touch it. Somehow, my perfectly fine top came loose after they had to just "look" at that area? Suree. In the end I ended up having to pay a total of $1,500 for something they messed up and couldn't admit to. I felt like my car and my belongings were disrespected and these are men who can't own up to their own unprofessionalism. read more

I just picked up my wife's 2014 Mustang from the dealership after thy couldn't duplicate the event that caused the car to go into limp mode with a maximum speed of 30mph. I was told that Ford won't authorize the repair and that I would just have to come back and pick up my car. They know what the problem is, yet they sent the car home without repairing it. Great job folks!!! My wife is scared to drive it on the interstate now, but by all means give it back to us. We have owned seven Mustangs and this is the third one purchased here. Not another dime of our money will be spent purchasing a car at Autonation Wolfchase. On another note, David in service was very gracious and understanding. Update: I am trading both of our Mustangs in today on a new Camaro for my wife that she won't be afraid to drive. No returned call from management sealed the deal. read more

Went here to today to look at a car. They tried to price this car at $5,000 ABOVE MSRP when this is a 2014 base model car with about 3,000 miles. Their reasoning? Supply and demand. You have got to be KIDDING ME. This car has a brand new 2015 model which is CHEAPER than what these people are trying to sell it at. When we give them a decent price for purchase (based off KBB and TrueCar), the manager comes in and tells us that he is going to 'shoot us in the eye with real talk.' This place has POOR customer service and beat around the bush when we asked for justification as to why they jacked up the price on the car, they said it's the only model in this area. Just because this is the only model does not mean you bring it up $5,000 dollars. If I wanted a 2001 Civic and this was the only one in the area would you jack up the price? gtfo of here. read more

I don't know about the sales departments here but please don't waste your time and money at their service department. Years ago I was a loyal customer here but they lost my business due to a lack of customer service and communication. I decided, surely things would be better after a few years being gone so I gave it another shot. I called on a Saturday regarding an issue I had with my 2006 Expedition. I was told by the service rep that he had me "on the list" and to drop it off that following Monday morning. He stated at that time that he could maybe get the work done Monday but for certain by Tuesday. When Monday rolled around, I was in line at 7:00am (opening time) and the same rep met me to take my vehicle. At this point, no problems at all. I didn't call Monday for an update and I didn't hear anything from the rep. However, I didn't think much of this as he said it could possibly be Tuesday before it was done. No big deal, I'll just pick it up Tuesday. Tuesday comes and I called 4 different time, leaving 2 different voicemails, trying to get an update. At the end of the day, around 5:00pm, I finally received a call back telling me that they hadn't even looked at my vehicle yet but not to worry because I was right at the top of the list for the next day. At this point I'm not happy but I need the truck fixed so I thank him for the update and he assures me it will be done first thing the next day (Wednesday). Wednesday rolls around and I call 3 different times throughout the day and once again can't get him to answer. I left a voicemail but heard nothing until 4:30pm. This call also is stating that they have not even looked at my vehicle. Now it has been in their shop for 3 days with no work done and no communication until the end of each day letting me know that nothing has been done. At this point I'm livid as I have been assured multiple times regarding multiple deadlines that all have fallen through. So I spend 20 minutes on hold waiting to speak to the service manager. When I finally speak to him, he just apologizes and says he can try to make my vehicle the first one in the morning (Thursday/day 4). That night I decided I didn't want them dealing with my vehicle so I went to just pick it up and find another shop. I don't want someone I can't trust working on my vehicle. When I got there, the poor girl behind the desk couldn't find the paperwork or keys for my truck. After a while, and some help, she finally found them and brought them to me asking if I wanted someone to get it off of their service lot and bring it up. I informed her that since it is their lot and I don't know where they parked it, I would need someone to bring it up. After a few more minutes a young man pulled my truck up and walked in with the keys. He held up the keys and said "white expedition". I walked over to him and told him it was mine. Once he handed me the keys I asked him if he or the girl at the desk wanted to check my ID or verify who I was. His response was "you know that's your truck right?". I responded "yes, I know it is mine but do you know that it's mine?". He stood their looking dumbfounded until finally one of the reps said "you asked us to get you car so we got your car". In other words, go away and leave us alone. I left and have now found another shop to take my vehicle to. The lack of attention, customer service and just complete ignorance here is astounding. I will never return to AutoNation Ford at Wolfchase again. Maybe their Techs are really good but the service here is awful. I urge anyone and everyone, don't waste your time or money at this shop. Find another place that will actually handle your vehicle and service with some competency and care. read more

Called and scheduled an appointment for a Monday at 8:30am for an oil change. Was told the oil change was $49.99 plus tax. Arrived that Monday at 8:15am and was told that my car was not in the system for an appointment but they weren't that busy and they would go ahead and take it. It took 2 hours to do an oil change and the total ended up being $75. read more

Sales agent contacted me and yelled at me saying I should appreciate what he did for me and glad I don't have cancer. Had to threaten to go to cops to keep him from calling me again. Manger said they would do what they normally do buy it back at used price and then sell me a different car. I would have to cover what I owed on first car beyond what they would give back. They get 1 star cause the back is excellent they did oil changes and such quick. The rest of the place is just bad enough to bring it from 5 to 1. read more

Spent about 6 hours trying to buy a new truck. I was very specific on my choice of colors. They keep trying to expand my my choice even after being told no every time. Then they presented me an offer on a 2020 model without telling me it was. Finally, I settled in a truck that they said was in KY and there would be no issues in getting it to Memphis. That wasn't the case. I was told two different reasons in the same phone conversation as to why they were not having any luck getting the vehicle I paid for. I tried calling one of the sales managers and had difficulties in getting him to return my calls. Tried calling the salesman I talked to and he said he'd call me back "personally ". He never did. When I finally got a callback from the sales manager, he again tried to have me switch colors. I told him to kill the deal. I also asked about them submitting my down payment check and I told them not to do it. He told me not to worry, that they wouldn't do that. I didn't have a good feeling about what he told me so I put a stop payment on the check just in case. Guess what, they did try to submit the check even after being told that it wouldn't happen. I'm glad I put the stop payment on it. Sadly, it just reaffirmed my belief that the majority of car salesmen are liars and cheats. read more

I had a 9am appt with prepaid service - arrived on time this morning and said I would wait - checked on the status of my car 3 hours later and they hadn't even started on routine maintenance yet! Desk woman never apologized - just said "aw" and tilted her head. Another man came around and sincerely apologized (which makes a huge difference) and said he would get my car started right away. UPDATE - they made it right and didn't apply my prepaid to the service - "on them". My service tech was sincere and apologized for the misunderstanding. read more

I have had my Ford Expedition serviced here since I purchased it back in November 2014. I always thought servicing a car at the dealer was more expensive and more of a hassle. I have loved AutoNation Ford; always quick and courteous service, and the oil changes are cheaper than the service center I used to use. On Saturday (6-20-2015) I had a oil change and tire rotation/balance and the bill was by far cheaper than the "quick service" place I previously used. Let me start by saying i can't enjoy my car because I have spent the last two weeks dealing with tire issues that I am sure Auto Nation knew about. Because the front two tires kept going flat I decided to purchase tires only to find out it wasn't the tires but at least one of the wheels had several cracks. So now I am the proud owner of two new tires with about 50 miles on them. Oh yes I had to replace all four wheels and four more tires. Don't forget tire pressure monitoring system. Also I mentioned the fact that the side mirror didn't have a blind spot monitor indicator in it. Of course HQ never commented. I wonder why I just pray that the next person will take his or her time or don't go to Auto Nation Ford Wolfchase. read more

Horrible customer service, and very high prices. Salesman, Laffette Parker, did not take the time to verify specifics on vehicle that was brought in from Savannah, Tn. Even though it was not what was wanted, he acted like we were still supposed to purchase, never once offered to make it right and get the vehicle that was wanted which ironically was at the same dealership in Savannah. Acting manager on duty Friday night, Shannon Bartlett, never offered to help or resolve the problem, only refused to return down payment check of $12,500. To add insult to injury, threatened to call the cops when we got upset over the large amount of money they would not return. He very rudely kept saying that the comp controller was the only one who could give us our money back, but refused to get that person back in the office for us. The funny thing about that is when we arrived at the dealership this morning, asking for this comp controller, no one (spoke to 3 different people) knew who we were talking about. Tried to reach out to general manager Saturday morning, he didn't return our call but had some other manager call. No one offered an apology, just wanted to know what they could do to make the sale. Went to Landers Ford Collierville, was able to purchase vehicle from their stock, didn't have to be ordered. Vehicle purchased was same make and model with a lot more options, $2000 more on sticker price but got it for same price as vehicle from AutoNation, plus two free oil changes and finance person did not try to push certain warranty packages on us. Wasted 6 hours of time on Friday for nothing. Will never recommend this place and will make sure friends and family don't shop there. read more
