I had advised Chris M of the exact Nissan I wanted and was told that they had located the vehicle and I went in on Friday and signed all the documents to purchase the vehicle. On Saturday I called and Chris M said he would call me on Monday to let me know when to expect the vehicle. On Monday at 5pm after not hearing from him all day I was told by Chris M. that they had sent a truck to pick up the vehicle in Atlanta and it was sold right before the truck arrived to Atlanta. That didn't sound realistic so I checked and the car had not been sold. I proceeded to text Chris M and stated same with no reply. Ironically, I got an email from Nissan customer service saying they hoped I was enjoying my new car. I advised them what had happened and lo and behold after not hearing from Chris M for days he sent an apology saying there was a misunderstanding. I replied to his apology and told him the only misunderstanding was that he lied about not being able acquire the car and insulted my intelligence thinking that I would believe he would send a truck all the way to Atlanta only to be told the car was sold. The dishonesty was insulting...I'm 69 years old but definitely know how to use the internet, lol!! The dealership states they are proud to stand by their morals and code of ethics.... I don't think that lying to a customer reflects that!! The good news is that I purchased the same vehicle from the dealership ship in Atlanta and it is on its way here!! I was told that my oil was very dark, and they advised me to get an oil/motor flush if I intended to keep my car for any length of time, and that it had to be done before changing the oil, I told them to take care of it. It cost an additional $135 for this service.... Later that evening, something did not sit well with me this due to the fact that no mechanic had ever suggested this service for any vehicle that I ever previously owned. I checked the Internet and found that every authority on Google, YouTube, and Reddit, advised that this was NOT a necessary service for my vehicle. It also mentioned that on older car (mine is a 2015) that any deposit on seals could be removed with the cleaners used possibly creating leaks... My mistake was that I did not call my mechanic of 35 plus years at home, when they advised me to get the additional work done. When I called him this morning he told me that this was "snake oil", that service centers try to add this on to charge you for an additional service. I went back today and talked to Jacob, at Service masters, and told him that I felt that I was taking advantage of. He said that they feel that it is an added service that benefits your car and that they " stand behind their products and will continue to recommend them"... I learned a available lesson, to check on all add on service work before you have them done at a service center that you've never used before...

I called in the next day to see if they could get me in a little earlier. They were able to accommodate. I got my vehicle there by 10:00am and they called me by 11:00am to pick it up. Very quick service! Unfortunately after they assessed my car it was determined that both tires needed to be replaced. They reviewed pricing with me and were upfront about all costs so I knew exactly what I would be paying once I returned to pick up my vehicle. I believe the individuals who helped me were Chris and Josh. Great guys. They offer a 10% military discount which is a big plus. Any chance to save a little money is nice.
