I went there on 7 occasions to get my breaks fixed and each time I came out, they still made noise. So I just stopped going. I used to get my oil change here because of all the extras included. I went to Jiffy Lube and come to find out, my air filter was extremely dirty, something they should have changed about 5k miles ago during my last oil change, the oil was extremely dirty, I had to buy a product to clean out there system AND they changed my brake fluid, it was extremely low. They should have a half a star option. I just moved to Tampa and decided to check this place out. I spoke with a young man up front who told me that my engine fan needed to be replaced. He said that once that was replaced my AC would work would kick on. I left my truck came back and my ac work, PLOT TWIST, all they did was add Freon and 24 hrs later my ac stopped working again. 3 trips 3 prices and issues. I went there to to have a tire plugged. The initial mechanic told me he couldnt plug and needed to get a new tire but they didnt have it. I asked him if he could check the a/c while he had it in the bay and he did he told me it was a quick easy fix. The blower motor went out. Advised me to order it online from rock auto and bring it back for installation. About a week later i bring the vehicle back with the part for installation, was told it was a 30 min job. While waiting two hrs an employee gets into a cursing exchange with an unruly customer in front of my 8 yr old daughter. Then I was brought back to be informed its a 3 hr appx job and needed to bring it back. My wife then brings the vehicle back on another day early to provide them time to complete the installation. They say the price has changed and it will not be $89 like originally discussed it will be $300-400 due to the time needed. This was never informed to me when i left the prior visit. They attempt to advise that they are doing us a favor and cutting us a deal at that price. It needed to get done so we just got it done. Upon pick up of the vehicle there was no contact and attempt to show what they have done and that everything was in working order, they simply asked for payment. My wife goes out to the vehicle and the vehicle is now blowing warm air. She proceeds to let it run for a few mins to see if it cools. The a/c controls no longer work (a problem we didn't have prior to the repairs). She goes inside and they advise they can run a diagnostic but it will cost $90, we at this point are over it and put a line in the sand and say no, we didn't have these issues prior, we were misinformed by two diff employees on two separate occasions were charged more than what was originally discussed. The owners son came to his father's defense attempting to say I brought the piece in so he assumed i knew what i was talking about, however he failed to realize it was one of their employees who had advised me to do so during my initial visit. They agree to do the diagnostic for free and advise now we have a broken sensor and needs to be replaced. Given the issues one can only wonder if it was damaged during repairs because it was not an issue prior to drop off and they seemed to struggle with getting the repairs completed on multiple occasions. Bottom line: stay away from this shop. They may be good for a tire plug or used tire but do not let them work on your vehicle. read more

Affordable repairs that are done right. Brought my Avalanche in to have an oil change and full work over. Manager "Nabil" calls me from waiting room to pay and states, "found no other issues" did point out thing's to watch for but not necessary now. Honesty goes a long way with me! They pretty much do anything and at a fair reasonable price. I stopped by because they were close to work and I was able to leave it there and pick it up by lunch time they even gave me a lift. The staff is super friendly and I was really impressed with my first experience the reason I would give them 3 star is because one time they replaced a tire and it was the wrong size so it set off a lot of my sensors and it took several trips and over 10 hrs of sitting around waiting to find out what was wrong with my car and two pulls on my warranty and deductible to figure out it was just the tire replacement. read more

Never coming to this shop again simply because of the customer service. They damaged the wheels. I brought this vehicle to other tire shops before and no one has damaged the wheels until this shop. After the damages where pointed out to them they only wanted to pay four halfthe damages which I don't understand why I have to pay put of my pocket for their inexperience employees who were careless. I tried to reach the owner or manager again and the guy at the phone after I told him to take my number down to have the manager call me he said "I'm too busy right now" I will make sure I leave a detailed review on bbb and social media as well and share with everyone if nobody handles this situation. read more

Been shopping around for some new tires for my 2015 Honda. needed some 195/65/r15's pretty desperately and shopped all the warehouses BJ's Costco Sam's all were close to $400 with installation and fees and taxes. I found Quick lube Pus after an online search and drive thru the "Neighborhood" the day before. Called at 9:30 on a Sunday morning showed up an hour later and 45 min later I was spending the$75 I saved at the Hard Rock Casino a mile away. Great customer service! Called in to get two tires mounted they told me $16 a tire over the phone. Went there and guy at front counter tells me $25 a tire. I said something about being told $16 and he's like no but I'll do it for $20 a tire. Obviously this is a shop that takes advantage of people with offering different prices for their services. After that I told him no i don't want your service now. Went down the road to Firestone and they did it for $20 tire and I paid it without any problems. read more

Careless employees and management that doesnt understand the concept of custom wheels. I had an issue with my tire stem, in the process they dropped my lug nuts scuffing them on the floor and scratched the powedercoat on my wheels! They said they didnt do it and believed their worker over a paying customer and future business potential. They agreed to pay half and new lug nuts and had it in writing. I brought the estimate back and they didnt want to pay any more, said it was minor and sharpee will fix the scratch mark. Anyone who knows powdercoat you cant just fix one spot, the entire wheel has to be redone! The owner said it was pointless to fix and his employees should not have agreed to pay half any way. Not sure why I need to pay out of pocket for their carelessness and lack of attention to wheels. Arguing with the customer is not the way to go and the customer service was horrible! I do not recommend taking any vehicle here if you take pride in your vehicle, they will just destroy it and take no blame! read more

BEWARE!! 12/10/16 I got the oil change where they check all of your levels, it cost extra over the basic oil change. I wrote on the work order that my low coolant light was coming on. The next day the light came back on, so I looked and the level was still well below the cold full line. I took my car back to them, they said No, all we do is check the level, we don't top it off. What??? First, I think that's complete b.s.; second, I wrote it on the work order, can you not even notify me that it's an extra $1 to add coolant? This after the previous oil change here where I foolishly let them do it and they gave the car back to me with the oil cap missing. Good thing I popped the hood before I left to check the dipstick, and I noticed it. They brought it out to me, they forgot to put it back on. This is the way they are, if you insist on going here then I suggest you watch them to make sure they do everything they're supposed to, because to me they have proven they are not trustworthy. read more
