This was especially disconcerting because I had just put a brand new hood on after the hail storm last summer. Also, the car is a lease so I have to take good care of it or face charges at turn in (not that I would otherwise let things go of course...). Stopped in at Kolstad and spoke with Kevin. He took a look and the day after, I brought the car in and in just a couple of hours they called and said it was done! Looks brand new and the price was reasonable too. Thanks Kevin and everyone at Kolstad!!!

I called 15 different collision centers in the metro and no one had availability for months and insurance would not cover a rental. When I called Crossroads, Chad asked me what needed fixed, and I explained that my mirror was missing so I was terrified to drive since I couldn't see. Like the other shops, they didn't have availability to fix all the damage right away, but they were able to get my car in safe driving condition. They got me in right away and had a new mirror on my car within days. Can't say enough good things about Crossroads. They did a great job fixing the damage to my car, and treated me with a lot of care and patience knowing that I was in a tough spot.

He's great at what he does, and I truly appreciate his communication and help throughout the process. My request was a little outside the usual repair job. I wanted additional work done as part of an insurance-covered bumper repair, including an aftermarket bumper. Other shops I contacted, including one GEICO directed me to, weren't willing to accommodate the request. I searched for highly rated body shops in Minneapolis, found Hagen's, and I'm glad I called. They were willing to work with me on what I wanted, and they did a great job. If you're considering an aftermarket front or rear bumper alongside body work, give them a call and ask what's possible. I really appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help.

I knew insurance would cover it, but my biggest dread was having to work with a repair shop. After reading horrendous reviews of the place my insurance company recommended, I found only positive comments about Beartown and decided to give them a shot. They have been so great to work with! They got one car done while we were gone for vacation for a week and actually drove it to our house (we live fairly close) so it was waiting in the driveway when we got home, talk about great service! They've found a few things in the course of the repair that the estimator couldn't see and worked directly with our insurance to make sure they were covered and get the job done in a timely manner. My insurance covers a rental car and they handled setting it all up without me having to get involved at all. Along the way they've been great about communicating with me and letting me know where things are at without me having to follow up with them to learn anything. I cannot recommend them enough if you find yourself in need of a repair.
