The first one was " positive it was my entire furnace and I was looking at between $5K -$8k depending on the size I needed. Mind you this is without even coming to my house. Charles from Fitzy called me around 6am. We talked for a few minutes and he said he could be there around 8 and see what we were looking at. By 11 he had diagnosed that it was the fan motor. Went through the rest of the furnace to make sure nothing else was broken , went to pick up the part and had me up and running. With the temps going to drop to single digits this weekend , I was concerned. Thanks to Charles I have heat and for far less than what I know someone else would have charged.

He worked hard to get us a price we could afford and we finally pulled the trigger. All of the employees are timely, respectful, and friendly. They installed a 30,000 BTU compressor with 2 heads on our first floor, all in one day. They treated us and our property with respect, as they laid down cloth tarps in every room that they were working in. They were upbeat and positive the whole time. They even responded well to some last minute changes on both sides. Payment was easy, half before, half after. They were even able to upgrade us at the last minute for no additional charge. I wish every contractor experience could go this way, lord knows we've had some nightmares. Lastly, they stand by their work and told us to call with any problems or questions, and for service down the road. From A to Z, these guys are the best HVAC company around. FYI---We ended up having a leak in one of the condensation lines, looks like a bit of a hasty install on that one, but they sent someone out right away to fix. Tried to follow up with Kyle regarding rebates, I didn't realize that you had to send them in right away, or that you needed to look on the side of each unit for the bar code. I never heard back from Kyle on that, would have appreciated some better communication there on how to go about that process. It's not as easy as one might think.
