Phil, the company owner, was very responsive when replying to calls and arrived at the house when promised. I did that and I got a very quick response. Tim indicated that he was in my town and he could stop by and take a look. He did and made a quick diagnosis of what we needed. He showed me how I could fix it myself, but I think when he saw the look on my face he decided it would be good to call one of his plumbers on staff. Victor arrived very quickly as well. He could not have been nicer, kinder or more professional, same as Tim. Both of those gentlemen treated me like we were neighbors and have been friends for a long time. Anytime you're dealing with plumbing, you know that it could go badly either in terms of what you need or how much it's going to cost. But in both cases, this entire experience went as well as it possibly could. I very much appreciate Tim and Victor and I have a new plumber going forward. I can't recommend them any higher. This past summer, we noticed a very bad smell in the house when the AC was running. We hadn't had our annual cleaning yet. We called them to see if we could book that, but once we describe the smell, they came out right away as they suspected the smell was mold. And, they were correct. We ended up having to replace our entire system; it was 15 years old. It was a very hot week and it was going to take several days before they could get the new system in and install it. They offered to loan us a wall unit while we waited for installation, but our windows couldn't support the weight. So what did they do? They went out and bought a portable floor unit just to lend to us! I was beyond touched that they were willing to do this for us. That was way above and beyond. They definitely earned a customer for life in us. Highly recommend!

We contacted them to replace a toilet in our upstairs bathroom and to do some maintanence on our heating system because one of the zones wasn't responding properly. We set a date and time and two guys arrived, right on time, they were super nice and completed both projects in about an hour. He was able to diagnose the issue with our boiler and narrow it down to one of two possibilities. After ordering parts, he came back, as promised, to complete the job.
