I had Automatic Gate Pros install new gate controls in 2023. They installed on two metal blades over dirt area. I have had many rodent invasions destroying wires . They told me to build wire cages.The gates were inoperable many times .The boxes should have been installed on concrete pads of which Liftmaster now requires. They say they have no responsibility. I place 6 calls and voicemails over 3 weeks. I was told their phones were not working. Can you really trust a company with these issues? I have had no communication. I had to hire a new company to come and pour new concrete pads and repair all of the chewed wiring. It is costing a great deal. I have dealt with Tom apparently the owner. Good Luck ! read more

Tom at Automatic Gate Pros is awesome. He came out and gave us an estimate, measured and checked out our driveway. He also gave me the run down of the different options. We got to choose the wood and pick the stain. He then came back a few weeks later and installed it. The installation went smoothly and everything looks great. One thing I will say is that you should not expect any help from him when picking your stain color. Since you are on your own, let me get you started by saying that there is interior and exterior stain colors, and very few places that sell stain have any samples in exterior colors made up. This was the most frustrating part of it. Post installation, everything worked perfectly for a while and then it stopped opening consistently. And then it stopped working altogether. Apparently the sensor is super sensitive and somehow got out of alignment. I called Tom and he came out and moved it back into alignment. Not sure why no one's garage sensors ever come out of alignment, but this one is so super sensitive, but....apparently it is. Anyway- Tom will take good care of you. read more
