Well, woke up Tuesday morning at 5:00 a.m. to go back to our old home and meet the movers to finish up, and . . . we had no hot water. On a 30-degree morning. Propane was completely out. Called Potts Gas at opening time, and they were wonderful. Sent out Charles Dickerson that same afternoon to get our tank topped off, and when I told him I had never before had LP, he showed me around and went through the house with me showing me how everything worked. Don't bother showing up early as they won't even start taking payments until 9am. They won't take drop offs either so don't bother asking! Take the morning off work just to get propane!
