However, we did not get a call for a couple hours so I would not say they are open 24/7 but they did return our call pretty promptly (within hours). They were very courteous and they returned our call. However, they were not able to get to us until the next day so we did not end up using them this time which is understandable a lot of people were without heat when we had severe low temperatures. I recommend this company their family owned local and customer service is really great.

I can't imagine how something like this could be confused by technician and putting myself out of any warranty work being covered.
