A couple of weeks ago unfortunately I backed out of a driveway and bumped into another truck (arrghh). His was taken care of through my insurance so I started to look for a body shop for my own truck. Went to a couple body shops locally and just had a negative experience, not very friendly or helpful. So I decided to drive from Chilliwack to Abbotsford to Boyd Autobody as someone had mentioned to me that they are really good. To sum it up it was the best experience I have ever had with my truck! Alicia, who helped me with everything from providing different options to repair, to dealing with the insurance paperwork, to confirming my appointment once the insurance had authorized it, was absolutely amazing. Helpful, extremely knowledgeable, so friendly and all in all she basically took care of everything and explained all the options. On the day of repair I was allowed to bring my dog inside, waited for the truck, the repair was finished quicker than they had estimated, the bumper looks amazing (!) and they had washed and vacuumed my truck!! On top Alicia ran a scan free of charge as my engine light had come on on the drive out. They just went the extra mile with everything. I really wish they had a mechanic shop and tire shop attached so I would never have to go anywhere else! One can dream lol. Thanks to all of you at Boyd! Hopefully I won't need a body shop again but if I do I know where to go :) thank you again for amazing customer service and repair work!

When dealing with this company the male staff were demeaning and verbally sexually inappropriate…read more They hooked up my amp and sub with my already wired vehicle and ended up charging me well over one hundred dollars. However, I will add they also bracketed my sub box to my car with this charge as well. Not even a week later the sub box was disconnected from the single bracket they placed in my car and my stereo was cutting in and out. I asked for them to review their work, in which they immediately told me it was my fault the sub box disconnected from the brackets because I was, 'driving crazy' and that it was, 'probably my car being so old that my wiring was faulty and they just couldn't do anything else about it.' I took my car else where for them to flip my hood open and connect the wiring to my battery, taking less then 5 minutes to give power to the amp. The one bracket they placed to hold the sub box in place was flimsy wire and I had that replaced and my "crazy driving" hasn't moved the sub box since. I would not recommend this company for their unprofessionalism and lacking attention to detail. Horrible and demeaning experience with the male staff, being a female.

I purchased a brand-new Ford Raptor from MSA Ford, and the entire experience has been a complete…read moredisaster. They sold me what was supposed to be a new truck, yet it had a dent that was clearly caused while it was on their lot -- and I have the pictures the sales guy sent me before I purchased it that show the dent was already there. When I picked up the truck, it was pouring rain, which conveniently helped hide the damage. It's becoming painfully obvious that they tried to push the truck onto someone who wouldn't notice the problem. That alone says everything you need to know about how this dealership operates. Instead of taking responsibility, the sales managers tried to blame the damage on "manufacturing," which is completely absurd and flat-out dishonest. Anyone with common sense can see this wasn't a factory defect -- it was damage that happened at the dealership, and they just hoped the buyer wouldn't catch it. The management team was dismissive, evasive, and more focused on avoiding blame than helping a customer who just spent big money on a premium vehicle. For a truck as expensive as a Raptor, the lack of integrity, transparency, and basic professionalism is unbelievable. MSA Ford's quality control is nonexistent, their management is incompetent, and their customer service is even worse. If you're considering buying here, inspect every inch of your vehicle in full daylight, because once they've got your money, they'll deny, deflect, and try to pin their mistakes on you or the manufacturer. I'll never purchase from MSA Ford again. There are plenty of Ford dealerships out there -- and almost any of them will treat you better than this place.

It is too small for my son so we want to sell it as a reliable vehicle for the next owner. Lights were a bulb issue, fixed, 12v charger, the plug in port was wonky, replaced it and fixed it. Airbag code issue has not been resolved but I have been given some safe and basic troubleshoot advice from Kaden. If I can't solve the problem I'll be bringing it to Kaden and crew immediately. I am a GC and offer "free advice" always, I believe it is the right thing to do for people capable of and willing to try, to repair or fix things around their home. I will be driving to Abbotsford soon if I can't solve this airbag code issue. Their rates are far below any shop locally, as much as I want to support local shops, to be told $135/hr for a diagnostic without any idea on how long it may take is crazy to me. I deal with unseen dry rot issues all the time and give a best estimate of the area of damage and how long it will take, and I am most always spot on. I have yet to receive the type os attention and concern for my problem prior to bringing my car in as I have received with Abbotsford Mobile Mechanics. I highly recommend Kaden and Abbotsford Mobile Mechanics. Thanks Kaden, George F.

After being reassured by Kaden that AMM was familiar with the rear brakes I needed replaced on my…read more2018 Mercedes Benz GLC 300, it soon became obvious that I was misled. Half way through the installation I became concerned when both Kaden and his brother started looking on YouTube for solutions to why things were going sideways. Then to make things worse, they broke one of the calipers that did not need to be replaced. Now a $500 MB replacement part is required. They also could not release the brake piston on the other rotor so now I have a car that can't be moved. They promissed to make it right and to return the next day with the replacement caliper and learn how to release the other brake piston. Well another lie. Not only did they not return the next day, Kaden also did not return my text messages asking for the status, and actually hung up on me when calling him direct. Run and hide tactic. So now I am left with a set of useless brake pads and rotors that I had purchased for AMM to use with the installation, a broken caliper $$, a tow truck cost to another dealer, a car I can't drive for 3 days because it's the weekend and a full dealer charge to fix my brakes. Again $$$$ To say I am frustrated is putting it mildly. I was happy to pay Kaden and AMM for the promissed service, but to be lied to and then to be left alone to correct their mistakes is the worse. Lesson learned and never again. Be aware.
