    Regularly, I visit the service to check up and do maintenance on my car. I bought that car for 73K at AUTOLAND a year ago. After one year, my tires make a lot of noise in the cabin. So I visited the service department to drop off my car. Alan was my service advisor. After a call from Alan, the car was ready.  After arriving, He says tires have manufacturing defects and tires are completed ruined.  He swear everything is alright with the car, recommending for me to replace the tires. Funny thing also when i was buying a car they sold me ADDITIONAL RIMS AND TIRES WARRANTY for 700$. Nothing was covered by warranty. So I didn't believe him!  I go to a different Jeep dealer/ service the same day. RESULT!  One year old car doesn't have  wheel alignment, and that was the cause of tire damage. AutoLand will not take care of the functionality and safety of your car.

    Upgrading my previous review to 4 stars for the exceptional care and attention I receive from Salvatore Giordano my Toyota Service Advisor. Since my first experience with Sal and every time after within the last few years, he has proven to be someone I completely depend on for keeping my Scion in great condition. Upon arriving Sal is always quick to greet me with courtesy and friendliness. He always remembers my name and makes me feel valued as a customer. He remembers my broken hood thing-a-majiggy and is always prepared with a twist tie when he sees me driving in. He will sit patiently as i try my hardest to imitate noises under the hood with my non technical terms and has often opened my hood himself to search for what I am trying to mimic. He will recommend work, explain it, advise, and give me all details of cost, time and effort. He will explain over and over until i understand. Sal is there from the minute of service reception, consistent updates via text/phone/email, future appointments to service delivery with a smile and handshake. I can see how busy he is but never fails to go that extra step to value my patronage. I feel so comfortable with Sal that my next automobile will be a Toyota. Sal is the only person I trust with maintaining my Scion. I would have been happy to give a 5star rating if all the other departments were as thorough as my service agent.

    This place is a joke. I went in last week to inquire about a vehicle they had on the lot that I found online. As soon as I walked in the door, that's when things went down hill. I could clearly tell that I wasn't taken seriously off the bat probably because of my age. I told them that I didn't want to make a deal that night and strictly told them I only wanted too see it in person because the photos they posted online were terrible, and also the car was purchased in Florida in August 2017 and sold February 2018 in New Jersey with 11,000 miles. While the car looked much better in person, just getting to see the car was a process. When the sales person went to get the keys, he came back with another sales person to ask me what my plans were in regards to seeing the car. I just went over with the last guy my exact intent of being there. I then proceeded to explain (again) and mentioned how I wanted a sunroof and this one didn't so I was on the fence about the purchase. He then went on to try to tell me that if it has the painted black roof, it wouldn't come with a sunroof and none of them do (which is a lie because they do and I just got done test driving one at another dealer). The car was outside and could easily be accessed. I've never in my life had to hand over a drivers license just to even see the car (I told them I didn't want to test drive that night. Again I was only there to see it first). After waiting for 8 minutes, the sales person finally brought it around back. He followed me and stood so close to me like I was going to steal the car. I gave it a little gas (no more than 2,000rpms) and he told me not to do that because the owners don't like it. Mind you, while pulling it around, he kept revving it much louder. Once we got back inside, we talked numbers and long story short, they wanted $46,500+ for a used car with 11,000+ miles that was $50,000 brand new. I left that night annoyed with the situation and ended up continuing my search. Just two days after, I found the car I was lookin for fully loaded and brand new. I picked it up for exactly the same amount they wanted for the used one. The best part, the dealership treated me like a real customer and treated me the way someone who's about to spend a ton of money.

    Made an appointment yesterday afternoon to go test drive a pacifica plug-in hybrid this morning. Before leaving the house to go there, I decided to play it safe and call to make sure they really do have one in stock. It still shows ip on their website! Good I called because I was told "it was sold last night." Do ai believe it? Nope. I think they just want to get people in and hope they can talk them into buying something they do have available or have me order one. For them not to call and tell me the car ai am supposed to see is not there says a lot about this place. Not impressed. Wonder if they will ever take down this "available" car

I was waiting for my car and the manager and Dan came out and asked me if I was here for a top off or an oil change and I said an oil change and they honestly told me that I had 60% oil life remaining and that I really didn't need an oil change unless I wanted one. Nowadays, they're aren't too many places you can go where they're totally honest with you. They didn't have to tell me that they could've just changed my oil I am very impressed with this location and will continue to go there and Dan is always pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Corporate sends out discount coupons, but even if you don't present one, here they will give you a discount if you ask. There was a slight glitch in my service this time. The gasket in my oil pan drain plug must have been worn out, because it was dripping oil for a few days after I left. I went back, and the manager couldn't stop apologizing. He redid the entire oil service, not only furnishing a new drain plug, but even a new oil filter which had been replaced just days earlier. He got me in and out very quickly, and couldn't have been more apologetic or nicer. I will continue to be a customer at this Jiffy Lube and recommend.
