A few weeks ago, my battery died in the Lowes parking lot behind NAPA. Within minutes, a NAPA employee showed up with a jump kit which got my vehicle to the NAPA storefront. He tested the battery and offered me several options on battery replacements. While breaking down is no fun, doing it next to a NAPA and its friendly and knowledgeable employees who will solve the problem for you is highly recommended.
