As someone not familiar with the details of automotive repair, I greatly appreciated Alex's patience and time in showing me what the problem areas were, how urgently they needed to be addressed, and what my options were in terms of getting OEM vs aftermarket parts. When I didn't need a part yet, he'd just tell me I didn't need it yet. He was very honest about everything. He was also really flexible about meeting me after regular hours to accommodate my work schedule, and helped me make minor repairs on my car without any service charges. Lastly, he is just hilarious and helps me approach my car issues with a sense of humor.
