After two times and over $1000 at the dealership, it was not fixed. I called him and he knew exactly what was wrong. He fixed it and gave me an oil change for under $90. Have not had not had this issue occur in the last two years. I have taken my Volvo to him several more times, and he always fixes the issues at a reasonable price and the issues never come back. Do not expect a secretary to answer the phone. He does not have a comfy waiting room (though he does have nice chairs). He does not have cars to loan out (I have not asked) He is not a parts changer. He is a true mechanic. I would recommend him to anyone with a foreign car.

They were not. Never had an issue with those gages. Now they want to lie to cover their asses. Trying to say we told them the gages weren't working when we picked the car up but their shop was closed when we picked the car up so clearly that's a lie. It was a straight lie because we had no clue they weren't working till we picked up the car after the shop was closed. So we never even spoke to anyone when we picked the car up. as it was 7 at night when we picked it up. The only thing that was wrong was it was over heating. But when this was brought to their attention the man was very rude and argumentive. Then lied over and over again. We will never use this shop again as they are very unprofessional. If tyour car is broke. You are better off going somewhere else. As they are nothing but a joke of a shop. They break things on purpose on your car so you keep coming back. The one thing I like about Automotive Procare is that they take pictures and send you information on exactly what was checked, what is looking wrong. It was nice to see that issues I brought up in the past at other auto shops weren't addressed, such as air filter issues. Here, they seem to access the whole car! They also provide a shuttle to get ya home as they work on your car, which is a plus for me. Following the full car assessment, I wish I got a call regarding the quote, rather I had to call in to get the quote as I waited for quite awhile. They did ask to keep my car overnight to look at it in the morning which I said yes too. I called in late afternoon the following day as I was concerned I didn't get a call back. Which they replied it's been good and ready all day. It would've been nice to get a call since I had to push back a lot of errands. Overall, I'm happy with the service. I can't say if I know the cost of my services was fair or not, but my car is in working order again!
