I ordered a part approximately 2 weeks ago here. While there, I was told there was one in stock…read more After 20 plus minutes of waiting while a debacle ensued, I was told the inventory was wrong and they only had the part for the other side. So we finally ordered the part to be shipped in. I stopped in today to find out if the part was in or not since I had never received the call I was told I'd get when it was delivered. Upon arriving to the store I was told it was in and I was never called because "the phones don't allow us to call out often times" by the young man who helped me. I took the part, went home, and disassembled the car. Upon doing so I realized the part I received was in fact not the one I ordered but the one that was originally in stock. I called in to find out if the part I had actually ordered was at the store or not after all. Sam answered the phone and was incredibly rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional. I am stunned and appalled by the lack of professionalism and the discourteous service I have received from AutoZone. Now I have to find a way to get back in there to get the part I should've received the first time. I will never utilize AutoZone again and strongly urge you to consider saving yourself the hassle by going down the road to the Advanced Auto Parts. I've never had this kind of issue there.

He was nice when I picked up the part so I thought, well I can visit n buy from that store again, but when I bought some atf fluid and I was standing to the side where he has you put your merchandise on a cart and I reached to get the change and he tapped on the counter repeatedly n dumped my change in front of their window. I shyly grabbed half the change, and the gallon n he called here's your receipt, I mumbled that's ok. A couple years ago I felt so intimidated that I would have a man friend come with me and only then he left me alone. I told my boyfriend I would rather die before I had to go in there by myself and be treated like that. I don't know what that Manager's problem is

I called several places but no joy, then found Premier and they had the part.
