She told me she walked in and the guy kind of gave her a bit of tude, she brushed it off since she has worked in customer service before and he was probably having a bad day. Immediately after we left, he called her and said "it looks like a family of scarecrows exploded in your car." In working in customer service myself, you don't make comments like that towards customers as it can put them off and make them feel ashamed and embarrassed. We all let our cars get bad sometimes, we KNOW, we're already embarrassed, you don't have to make it worse. She called him out on it and he told her to come pick up the car. So we walked in to try to have a chat with his manager on some professionalism, turns out, he's the owner, Kyle. Instead of trying to discuss anything, he just ran to the back after being called out for his unprofessionalism. Usually, I'm not the type to write reviews or even call out a crappy customer service experience, but his attitude and disrespect was just unreal. As I was considering also getting my two cars detailed here, I no longer will be.

From the moment I scheduled my appointment, the customer service was amazing. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood the different options and what to expect. The ceramic tint looks incredible and has made a huge difference in both the appearance and comfort of my vehicle. I love the added benefits of ceramic tint, including excellent heat rejection and UV protection, while still giving my vehicle a clean, sleek, high-end look. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Everything was installed so cleanly, with great attention to detail around all of the windows, windshield, and sunroof. It's obvious they take pride in their work, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Another thing I really appreciated was that the price was very reasonable for the quality of work and the ceramic tint. I feel like I received an excellent value for the money, especially considering how professional the service and finished product were. The entire experience was easy, professional, and stress-free. They answered my questions, made sure I was comfortable with my choices, and truly provided outstanding customer service. If you're considering getting your vehicle tinted, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for window tinting. If you're on the fence about where to go, I definitely recommend giving them a call. You won't be disappointed. The combination of excellent customer service, quality workmanship, ceramic tint, and a reasonable price makes this a five-star experience in my book! Thank you for doing such an amazing job! I absolutely love how my vehicle turned out!

This resulted in hair being trapped under a few windows of the car. I raised this concern with John and scheduled an appointment to have it looked at. After a thorough inspection, it was determined that the entire tint job would have to be uninstalled and reapplied. We discussed our options and the situation was handled professionally and courteously. Thankfully the tint looks even better now and I will be going there for future modifications on my vehicle. Even though my tint required a second installation, Street Scenes always completed the work on schedule. Care and accuracy is obvious even when put under the pressure of time. Thankfully their technicians appear to be prepared to do whatever it takes to meet their deadlines. This is reflected in their relentless attention to detail and the overall quality of work output. Customer service was always polite, respectful and personable, without being obsequious. Due to the overall time of install for the tint, I was present for multiple customer interactions between John and his clients. That being said, he always represented Street Scenes with a professional disposition, even when dealing with a difficult person or situation. Having never been to Street Scenes before, I can comfortably say that they stand behind their products. This is a quality that I can respect and I would not be worried about recommending them to someone interested in vehicle modification. I believe that John and his team are professionals who will always do the right thing for their customers while remaining cognizant to the needs of their client-base.

I went to these guys for auto detailing because I bought a Groupon. I read the reviews of the…read morecluttered, messy interior of the business, but I had no idea. It was REALLY messy and I wondered how, if they keep their own business like this, how much attention will they pay to my detailing. Three hours later, I found out. They don't. I "only" spent $79 on this, but I have had better service from the $39 car wash in many cities in this country. This detailing was crap. How disappointed am I? Oh, let me count the ways. When I took the keys, thy told me to leave the windows and doors open for the rest of the day so the carpets could dry. When I later felt the carpets, they were soaking wet. It is now 24 hours later and they aren't dry. The rubber mats had standing water in them. A set of carpeted mats were shampooed on the BACK, not on the carpet side. The carpeting on the rear of the fold-down rear seats and on the side of the cargo area were not vacuumed, so the luggage marks are still there. The dash was wiped with some treatment liquid and it mostly looks nice and is shiny. Some places were not wiped and are still dull - so the dash and steering wheel are only partially done and would look better if they weren't done at all, so they would look consistent. Apparently, they used either a paper towel or a linty cloth towel to apply the dash treatment, since there was white lint everywhere. The leather upholstery was cleaned, but with what. There was standing dirty water in the crevices of the frontsenger seat and both back seats. There were dirty water spots (or spots of the world's thinnest wax) in several places on the paint. All indentations around the door handles were spotted. There was water flying out from the exterior mirrors when I first got to about 35 mph on the way home. When I stopped at a local McDonald's for a cup of coffee, I took my own towel and re-wiped the exterior in an attempt to actually dry the cracks and crevices and get the spots off. What ever happened to using an air hose to blow water out of cracks and crevices, then actually drying the car? Did I go back and have them work on it more? No. It was crap the first time and I don't want them near my car ever again. Oh - the good news. The gentleman who greeted me and returned my car to me was friendly and quite personable.

When I called to schedule, we set up a time and I then mentioned that I had a Groupon to use. The guy on the phone told me that since I was using a certificate, that the appointment wasn't available and I had to wait almost two additional weeks to get in. Okay... On their website, they have some pictures of vehicles with nice, dark tint. As it turns out, they won't do a tint darker than 50%. So finally, I have my appointment and dropped my car early putting the key in the drop box with their preapproval. This was convenient but since I didn't hear from them, I wondered all day if it was ready and if they found my car. After leaving a message around 1:00 pm, I finally heard back from them at 4:30, thirty minutes before they closed and three hours later than they said. When I showed up, I was promptly ignored by the woman in the office for a full five minutes while she was chatting away on the phone. Finally, they pulled my car to the front of the building. The young man driving squeezed out of the front seat as it was moved all the way forward. He maybe didn't know that there is a button that fixes that? When I got in the car, I noticed that they did not put the rear headrests back into their little slots. Annoying but I could deal. What I couldn't deal with is the fact that I had bubbles on two of my windows. I'm too passive to deal with them about it so I went elsewhere and had it fixed. I can't say that I would go here again, even for a great deal.
