I was…read moreon the tollway, going with the flow of traffic at about 70mph, when I suddenly heard an awful, terrifying, loud metal screeching sound coming from my car. When I was able to exit the tollway & pull over to a safe side street, I looked at the under carriage & found that the metal skid plate that covers & protects the underside of the engine, had come loose & was dragging & scraping the pavement. Knowing that issue creates dangerous sparks & other problems I decided to call AAA. Lucky for me, the tow truck driver suggested Charlie Car Care, and took me & my SUV there. The staff took my car immediately, reattached the skid plate with new bolts, and had me out of there in under an hour! Their price was very reasonable! I expected to pay 3-4x more, so was super pleased when they told me the price. The waiting area is nice & comfortable too. In addition to all that, the staff is super friendly. Madeline and Moises are excellent at customer service. Just like the other reviewers say...they are really professional & very friendly. All the staff members deserve 5 stars! If I lived 40 miles closer, I would definitely go back again. I HIGHLY recommend this business anyone that needs help with their vehicles.

After servicing our vehicle, they either failed to properly install the O-ring correctly or overtightened it when putting it back on. On top of that, they did not replace the washer on the oil pan bolt, which was completely broken afterward. Because of these mistakes, our car leaked EVERY drop of oil, causing serious engine damage. We were stranded in Orlando for 10 DAYS without a vehicle while trying to figure out what happened and how to get home. It completely disrupted our plans, created an enormous amount of stress for our family, and left us dealing with a situation that never should have happened from a routine oil change. What makes this even worse is that we have now spent TWO WEEKS being dragged along trying to get reimbursed and refunded. Every time we contact them, we get another excuse, another delay, or another promise that someone will "follow up." No urgency, no accountability, and no real resolution. Being stranded away from home without transportation was hard enough, but the way this has been handled afterward has made the entire experience even more disappointing. Customer service has been extremely poor, communication has been inconsistent, and it feels like we're being ignored instead of helped. A situation this serious should have been handled immediately and professionally. Instead, it has turned into weeks of stress, inconvenience, and wasted time. I would strongly encourage others to think carefully before trusting them with their vehicle.

My husband's car was having trouble starting, so we took it to Coyote Auto Repair on Allison Ct. We've used them several times over the years, so this wasn't a random pick. Today, we were told the total was nearly $400 for a new battery. My husband doesn't recall authorizing that work when they called earlier to say the battery was bad. When I called to ask for a cost breakdown and to understand how the miscommunication happened, the person I spoke with became argumentative and rude. After accusing me of calling him a liar, he told me to come get the car and said we'd now have to pay in cash, claiming he didn't want to risk a chargeback or canceled check. I hadn't done or said anything to justify either accusation. I won't get into every detail of that phone call, but my main concern is this: as customers, we should feel comfortable asking questions, clearly understanding what we're authorizing, and trusting that the conversation will remain respectful. Unfortunately, this experience was none of those things. I hope this helps others make an informed decision if you're looking for a local mechanic.

I get the manager and we walk out and the car goes thru the line. I ask the manager how can they vacuum in about a minute? No answer. I go to pick up the car and a haphazard attempt was made to vacuum. Once again here I go. The manager tells me to go thru the line again. So this jerk cleaner refuses to vacuum again unless the manager tells him. I got it vacuumed at the end. I'm done with this place.
