This day, I had to get cash from the atm, and then change for the $20 bill prior to my arrival. Having done that, I was chatting with a friend on the phone, and I did something stupid, I went to the first machine that collects cash, and what I thought was the change dish for the quarters I would receive in the front. It turns out, since I was on the phone, I didn't see the buttons for the wash (this was the island in the driveway for the touch free lane). As I have a truck, I never thought about using a touch free lane (they don't clean as much as a gentle wash). Anyhow, I had already put my $5 bill in, and it showed $5 credit. Alas, I see the red REFUND button! Nope. It doesn't work....... So, I after a phone call (number actually found on a real change machine on the main building wall), I explain on the answering machine (no live person during Monday business hours) and I wait about 5 minutes and decide to add to that total to get to the price point of options for this touch free. As it turns out, after another insertion of $5, it spills $3 in quarters out! Ok...... then I see where it previously said $5 credit scrolling across the display, now it says OUT OF SERVICE! You've got to be kidding me. I go to call again to the number on the other machine, and now now answer but a message that says "we can't take your call right now, call back later" So I'm out $7 and no way to contact the company. It's another year later, and they have not refunded me, nor can I get ahold of anyone. This is probably a lost cause. "Don't go there!" Is my advice. I hope they fix it all, but my hopes are not up. Since I live in FL and only visit Ohio in the summer, and maybe not this summer. It'll not be a stop for me anytime soon. Beware!

Waterway Carwash - Two dollars extra to vacuum the back of the van section. I don't think any vacuuming was done.

I returned right away and showed the damage to the manager, who attempted to fix it on the spot -- unfortunately, without success. She did take appropriate steps, including photographing the damage and completing a standard company incident report for the General Manager to review. The General Manager later contacted me and stated that they use only the safest products, materials and clean towels, and that the company would not take responsibility for the damage. When I suggested that the damage might have been caused by an employee wearing a watch or bracelet, he firmly stated that his staff does not wear any wristwear. Fortunately, my vehicle has a window mounted camera. Upon reviewing the footage, I found clear video evidence of employees wearing watches and an employee wearing a bracelet while cleaning my dash. The attached photos are screenshots taken directly from that footage. I have provided this evidence to the company and followed up with multiple emails describing the damage, but they have continued to deny responsibility. The damage is permanent and will require a full dashboard replacement estimated at $3,400. I will provide updates as this issue progresses.

But as that seems to only be at one location I would not recommend that package unless you are really sure you are going to use it. There are sometimes really long waits and you lose a good part of your day getting it done. I often went to other locations for the ceramic and took care of the inside myself, which takes much less time. With all I help run time and money are important. The staff are very nice at the other locations but I wish all had a place to vacuum out your car. Not all do. So the staff are amazing in customer service, but if you get an unlimited package I would only go as high as Ceramic. Unless you just happen to live in Pepper Pike. It will save you money on a good wash. Good service. You will appreciate it in the winter months.
