One of my favorite things about this car wash is the free vacuums! I always utilize them afterward, and my car looks great on the outside and inside. There is no escape route once you change your mind about wanting to drive your vehicle through this thing. Seriously... if you have driven as far as the payment/menu board, this is the point of no return. Concrete barriers keep your car from being able to escape. YOU MUST PAY FOR AND GO THROUGH THE CAR WASH AT THIS POINT. THERE IS NO TURNING BACK! In all honesty, this car wash is equivalent to those car washes you see at car washes with do-it-yourself bays but then they always have "that one automatic wash bay" that you over pay for cuz it's the only thing around, then you roll over the metal thing with your tire - *CLUNK* - and then the spray/wash nozzle machine circles your car a couple times. You always feel a bit taken at the end. Well that's exactly what this is only they have the cheap auto wash enclosed in a big pole building to give the illusion from the outside that this is a grander drive-thru car wash. You pull into this long pole building expecting to see it full of really cool automatic mechanisms and robot arms doing their things to clean your car. But when you pull in you are dismayed to find that 20 ft into the building sits the one and only wash mechanism. A slow water spritzer that circles your car a couple times. As it spritz's your car, colorful lights come on as some way to make you feel like you're really getting something special! When it's done, you drive all the way to the other end of the building to get to the blow dryers, which by the way, by the time you've driven to them you've already lost a full 5 seconds of the paltry 40 second dry time allotment. Yep... only 40 seconds. (cheapskates) Now i understand why there are never any other cars going there. Epic failure.

I had to call the service number on the sign, spoke with the owner about it. He was in the area so he came out and restarted the wash for me. Nice enough. The second visit I had no problems. The third visit, which occurred today, the system failed to engage the "rinse" mode, and did now wash any of the soap off my car. I called the service number again, hoping to speak with the owner. I was informed that the number for the wash was invalid. (This guy evidently gets 10-30 negative calls per day looking for the wash owner.) Since I couldn't get a hold of anyone to remedy the situation I spent an extra $2.00 at the self wash to rinse all the soap off before returning home. Avoid this place at all costs. Not worth the money if it's busted 2/3 visits and the owner doesn't want to field the calls.

Not only are the vacuums free (and GREAT suction!) but they also supply microfiber towels and window cleaner for free. Such a deal.....great value! Unfortunately, I only come this far from home twice a year to see a Dr...... otherwise, this would be a regular stop!
