So, I gave QSCW a chance because it was close to a lot of my customer's residences, and lo and behold, my car came out looking shiny and new! The staff is incredibly nice, the quality of service is great for what you pay for. I currently have the monthly plan where I can come as many times as I would like for the ultimate wash for 34.99. It's a great deal and I can come in between customers to make my car look great right before I arrive! This location is a bit of a pain to get out of, so just be careful if you are making a left out of here. I have a monthly pass to this car wash in Akron, OH and I truly am impressed. The service is fast and the employees are all nice. They hand dry your car after which is my favorite thing. I would give this car wash 5 stars BUT the vacuums are not the best, I have tried them a few times and they need updated. The suction is poor and I feel like I still need to vacuum when I get home. I've been going to this car wash for 3 years now. I didn't have a problem til last week. My windshield got cracked while I went through the wash. Right after I left I took pictures & called them. I went in the next morning & the lady looked at it & said I had to make a report which I started then stopped. Because she went in to talk to the owners about it & they said they were not going to fix my windshield. I asked if I could speak to the owner & she said that he didn't wanna come out & speak to me. I love me a clean car. They say that how you present yourself on the outside, reflects how you feel on the inside. And yes, my Samantha is the same way (that is my car folks....she has a name.) She wants to feel as clean and sexy on the outside, as she does on the inside! I am a HUGE fan of Quality Scrub. I have yet to go to any of their locations and find someone I do not care for. They are always friendly, always helpful and $35 for unlimited car washes at any one one of their locations is JUST PLAIN WRONG. Ok, wait. The owner of the business might read this. So-so... First of all, it's confusing when you go in there. It is not clear where you are supposed to enter. Then they don't clean the interior of your car, so when you're finished - you - have to actually go vacuum it. ***MOST OF THE VACUUMS DON'T WORK*** so you have to sit there and wait for one of the two vacuums that actually work. Then you have to back out of a lane that is designed to only be entered (that's the direction the parking spaces are painted), which is dangerous. One and done, I'll never return. read more

This car wash is by far thee best in the Akron area! The key to a great wash is soft clothe when a thorough pre-spray off is completed. I use is wash on a weekly basis and the prewash is always done which removes all of the harmful grime that could scratch your paint. A hand towel dry is always done. The monthly subscription price for unlimited washes is more then worth it ... especially in the winter months to remove all the salt. read more

I have to admit that this place has seen a dramatic downturn in the last year. This location was a full service car wash that washed and vacuumed while you waited inside. Now, it's a flat-rate ride through that let's you use the vacuums at the end. In the last few weeks, though, they added a spray polish that makes my car look great. I get the wash - $5, the tires and wheels - $5, and the polish - $2, and the car leaves looking really good. Here's to continued good results! read more

Great experience. My car was full of mud from all of the summer outdoor events I attend. I mean it was caked on mud. It looked like I went offroading in a tiny hatchback. so I went here to get it cleaned and I was impressed. The staff was very helpful. I went to the Hawkins location for a car wash on 1/5/18. It was the start of a nightmare. My mirror was ripped off of my car. The Manager on duty was there and witness the incident he had me to fill out an incident report. I waited for nearly 2 weeks for someone to give me a call regarding my broken mirror. Another managers gave me a number to contact Mr. Fischer one of the owners. However, he never responded to any of my messages. I went to one of his other location in Fairlawn and I got the run around once again. Bottom line Mr. Fischer has not responded to any of my calls or messages to this date. His workers has informed him about the broken brushes at the Hawkins location and that it is ripping off peoples mirrors also damaging their vehicles. While I was there 4 weeks later 2 cars was line up to make incident reports regarding their mirrors being broken off as well, The managers on duty stated "We keeping telling Adam that the brush were off and Adam told them to just send the cars through!" I paid $12.00 for a car wash that end up cost me $169.09 to fix my mirror. This is really Bad Business!!!! read more
