I got my dads SUV after he passed, and he had a monthly service with the car wash, and I noticed his alloy wheels are chewed up from going through there, so don't use this car wash if you care about your wheels. I have not been here for 2 or 3 years. The last time, an inside/outside cleaning was $25-$30. I went today and wanted an inside/outside cleaning and it was $40. I'm ok with that, everything is up in cost. Plus I left a $5 tip. The outside looked good. They washed the windshield on the inside. They swept off the rubber car mats in the front and back, but did NOT sweep the seats or carpet. They did NOT wipe the dash, seats, doors, or anything. That is why I went there and paid for an inside cleaning. I wanted my inside cleaned. I will not return.​ read more

Premium car wash did an excellent job on my black MazdaCX5! They did a thorough job of pre-spraying prior to the actual wash and were very happy to dry doors jams to prevent freezing. The car looks beautiful! I plan on enrolling in unlimited monthly washes at least until the weather gets warmer. read more

Their carpet-strip rollers took the clear-coat off my car in two places. I called and he said the owner will call me back. She never did. Terrible. Would not recommend. Will NEVER go back. read more

I've been coming to this car wash almost every day for the last three months after I moved to Wooster from out of state. This seemed like the best car wash in town with the best price for a monthly car wash package. I had no issues the first 2 months until I was confronted by an employee of the car wash. The employee used very degrading language and also offered sexual favors from another employee. I called the owner who seemed to be concerned with the type of language the employee used and he apologized. I had thought the issue was taken care of but I was wrong. The employee was working today when I took my car through and I decided right then that I would no longer support a company who let their employees speak to paying customers with that type of discrimination and hatefulness. I personally do not recommend this establishment. read more

Do a better than average job of washing a car but a bit overpriced. However, the channels that guide you car through the car wash can, and most likely will, damage wheel covers and alloy wheels. On an older car, the wheel covers were damaged by this car wash and three had to be replaced. They denied any wrong doing. My current vehicle has alloy wheels and I purchased alloy wheel protection. In the protection instructions, you are told not to use this type of car wash because of the potential damage to alloy wheels. A badly damaged alloy wheel, that has to be replaced, can cost $300 +. This type of damage in not covered by a protection package because it could be avoided. read more

I would be willing to pay the cost if it was a decent job but it wasn't. The mats weren't pulled to vacuum and even the mats weren't cleaned well. The console and mirror were never touched. I know this is the only full service in town but if I am going to have to do the job myself anyway, I'll save my money and not go here again. The owner was quick to respond to my issues with a promise of issues being rectified and and an invitation for another wash. read more

Holy Cow! These people work magic for a really cheap price compared to any other professional detailer out there. My car was a disaster, dog hair, stains, and the cat had peed on the seat the 3 miles we went to the vet. My car is brand new now! It was very busy but they still had time to do an amazing job. read more

Wondering what exactly does "full service interior wash" include? I paid $38 today and when I got home I had to wipe out the cup holders,door handles, console, and wipe down the seats. All I could see that was done was a quick wipe of the dash and a partial vacuum. They could have at least vacuumed out the crumbs! As for the wheels, whatever they sprayed them with did absolutely nothing. I expected them to be black. Rims were also left dirty. I was preparing the car to be sold to someone today and did not have time to do all this myself. Very unhappy customer. Don't waste your money here. read more

Let's start with I had no clue what I was paying as only the weekly/monthly specials were posted. It was busy but the guy taking money must not of heard me or was rushed as I asked twice what a wash was as he kept yelling back (do you want your tires cleaned, carpet)... After getting a basic wash and tires ordered he didn't tell me to put car in Neutral, drive forward or nothing so I just sat there. Two guys came towards me yelling and motioning me to come forward as they had spray guns in hand so I assumed they were going to pre-wash my car so I put my windows up and drove forward, and as soon as I did I put car in neutral so that the wash could begin. The car went forward and wash began, it did smell good! When I got to the end guys were drying a truck and didn't motion me to an open bay so I drove up towards one as there was a car behind me on the tracks coming forward. I sat in a bay for a couple minutes until 2 guys came to my car and I showed them my note about cleaning my tires. All these two guys did was dry my windshield and driver side window. I WILL NOT GO BACK AS I SPENT $20 for what I could do for $8/$10 myself as an automatic wash =( read more

Not sure what's going on with this place, but soon after paying for an unlimited monthly wash plan, I've attempted to return twice during their hours of business, only to find it vacant and closed. Similarly, no one has responded to the business phone number during the listed business hours. Their website gives no indication of being closed short-term or long-term, for an emergency or otherwise. read more
