I told him we had 2 memberships and he continued to scream about how I "must not understand..." Well, I do understand what it feels like to be berated and don't appreciate it. After a particularly bad experience, management (Jeff) offered a free wash to make it right. Not only was the staff rude and argumentative about honoring the credit, but the wash itself was just as bad as the previous ones. Having to fight with staff just to receive a sub-par 'apology' wash isn't worth the headache. This business needs a serious overhaul in both training and customer service. Don't waste your money or your time at Matt and Jeff's.
