I accidentally called the wrong number, thinking I was calling my mechanic shop where I left my car. A person named Will answer the phone and and told me I had the wrong shop number so I hung up after finding out I doubt the wrong number. He then proceeded to text my phone and tell me to make sure next time I have the right shop where I left my car with a bunch of explanation, marks . Which is so scary to me because why would you text someone's phone after They have realize they called the wrong number just to talk shit to them. I do not recommend this place ladies. Please be careful. This man likes to argue with women. read more

I've been coming to Auto RX for over a decade. Will runs his shop professionally and anytime I have had an issue, Will made sure to address the issue quickly and resolved it. I brought my previous Civic and now I bring my current vehicle. This is my go-to shop whenever I need any work done. I trust his expertise and he has never overcharged me. I have been coming to this place for a while now always happy with their work. They listen to your concerns and fix the issue.

Great mechanic!!! I was sent to Will through a buddy of mine at work for an alternator swap. After being quoted an unreasonable amount and not only nervous about letting anyone touch my car (has over 200,000 miles) Will did the job for half the price I was quoted and even had my car ready the same day!!! Will is an honest guy who will stand by his work and even offer small services at small cost. This is my family's first stop mechanic!! I highly recommend this shop to anyone I can guarantee you won't be disappointed!! 2004 Ford Escape read more

Will has done a great job on my car. He's reliable and honest!! This is the place to go for your automotive needs!

Will is one of the nicest, most sincere person I have ever dealt with in my entire life when it comes to auto shops. My car had all sorts of things wrong with it. He explained what was wrong with it, other possible problems, and gave me the different options I had with it. No doubt, I have a new auto shop to go to for the rest of my life and I would refer anyone to this location! read more

Update. The driver side door latch they installed failed after the fourth use. I couldn't unlock the door on the driver side. I had to pay a competent mechanic to fix and tell me a pin that was supposed to be positioned downward was not and failed. Thanks for making me pay twice Will. read more

I can't believe this place is still allowed to operate. Will who is the manager is a scandalous little snake. Let me tell you about the continuation of my A2/auto Rx nightmare. After I wrote my last review I spoke to "WILL" the manager. I told him I wanted to speak with him person to person. I told him my entire experience with his business from start to finish exactly as my original review had stated. Will apologized to me for the unprofessional-ism of his employee and also told me that he had seen his employee on camera acting crazy towards my s/o. I told him that I could not understand how I brought it in for a leak and now suddenly my car is having all of these issues. Even when I had the leak my check engine light has never been on and my car has always run quietly and smoothly like a champ. So why is it on now. Will tells me that he will fix whatever was wrong with it and would pay for the tow and rental car for me. Sounded good. I have other vehicles so the rental car was unnecessary. I told him that sounded good and thanked him. The following Monday I had the car towed to Auto RX/A2. ............................................ Two weeks later (June 9th) on Friday I call Will. Of course they weren't going to call me. Will tells me my car is ready but its making noise. Noise? WTF? You've got to be kidding me. My man and I go down to pick up my car and see it sitting outside. Will brings us over there and before I even get in it I hear it... It sounds like a diesel Truck! Why does my car sound like this! I got so angry. We walk over to my car and look at the dash and guess what? The check engine light is still on. what exactly is it that you fixed? Nothing, in fact my car is worse. He said he replaced some sensors. My car is running worse than it ever has, it barely picks up speed. Will told me I was way over my oil change date and mileage. Little does will know that I have receipt and had a very recent oil change and my next oil change date is 7/11/16 He said he changed my oil that my car didn't have any.. another lie my oil was on 60% when it was towed. I personally believe that Will blew my headgasket. I believe that he emptied my oil and drove my car until he ruined it. He did it because he wanted us to fork over more money by telling us that were having internal engine problems and that we should pay him to fix them. And that is exactly what he tried to do. He acted like I should be grateful to him for fixing a car that he messed up. And he didn't even fix it.. he made it worse We will be taking our cars to the dealership from now on. Also plan on handling this in court. read more

I am always so impressed by Will and his team, I wanted to update my review. I have been going to Will now for approximately six years. His team has performed every oils change, routine maintenance and repair for both my Honda Pilots (2003 & 2014). He's always taken my concerns seriously and investigated them thoroughly. He's also explained what's going on with my car and the repairs they performed. I especially appreciate his honesty--if nothing is wrong with the car, nothing is wrong with the car. If something needs to be fixed, I know it really does. Pretty great all around!!! read more

I brought my car here to get the shaky steering wheel problem fixed. This problem started after I got new brakes and rotors from another place--I drove it out of their driveway and the steering wheel starts getting shaky at around 45mph. WTH? Not going back to that place ever again. Luckily, a friend of mine knows a good mechanic that her and her family have been taking their vehicles to for a while now. I decided to order the part online since the part number was listed in my redonkulous quote from the other guys. My friend called the owner of this shop and his quote for the labor was at least $100 less than the other guys. I was able to take my car in on a Saturday and they were done with it in about 3 hours. The owner even gave me a cash pay discount. It looks like they work on all vehicle makes and models. I saw import, domestic, and luxury vehicles being worked on. I was very pleased to drive off without the feeling of being ripped off or a shaky steering wheel. read more

The owner, Will is one of the most professional mechanics I have had work on my car. You wouldn't see this place from the street, it is tucked in behind five other repair shops which are not as good as this one. I had some issues with my lexus coupe. I have friends that are mechanics who fix things for me, but really complicated stuff like on this car in the computer system need someone good. Will trouble shot this car for several days to find out what the problems were, which was great because nothing tripped the onboard computer, to throw a code as to what was wrong. Ended up being a couple transmission solenoids, and an engine coolant sensor. Another shop would have probably not been able to figure out the problem, or just started replacing unnecessary parts. He gave me a call at every step to let me know what was going on also. It helps that he likes tuner cars read more

My alternator went out in my Lexus and I got several quotes and the prices were absolutely ridiculous. Lexus dealership quoted me 1500.00 and I decided to go with A2 and it saved me 800.00. Will referred me to a towing company and charged 55.00 flat which was the cheapest tow quote too!! Very happy with the work they did. He was honest and got the job done quick. Highly recommend Will at A2 he was great!! read more

My husband and I are so happy we found a great shop for our cars. We've been taking both our vehicles here since November '10 and we have always been glad we chose A2 auto repair. Some things my husband likes about the place: The owner, Will, is upfront and honest. You don't feel like you are getting ripped off here. He will tell you what repairs your vehicle needs but doesn't push anything on you. However, we appreciate that he tells you what NEEDS to be fixed because of safety reasons. Prices are reasonable. It's never fun spending money on repairs and car maintenence...but it helps that he has a military discount. We've recommeneded this place to some of our friends who have brought there cars here and they too have had good experiences. The only thing I don't like is that it isn't in the BEST part of town, but this place still deserves 5 stars. read more

I used them because they are honest. One time I went to Purfect Auto for smog check because it was only $9.99. At the end they suggested i needed $550 worth of work for my car. I went to A2 Auto Repair to have them check it out and get a second opinion. They told me that I didn't need anything to be done. Thank God I had them check it out for me. Thank God there are still good guys out there not trying to hustle ladies when bringing their car in for service and not trying to up-sell me on more services and products. read more

A2 did my synthetic oil change and also changed my brake pads and machined (?) my brake rotors (not sure if I'm calling parts by their correct names) for much cheaper than another auto shop quoted me. I feel like they're honest, fairly priced, and respectful, which is important to me as a female. They were also really nice customer service-wise. A good auto shop is hard to find, & I'm so glad I found these guys! When shopping for quotes, I definitely recommend you give them a call! read more

I needed my AC checked because it was only blowing hot air, so I called A2 Auto and spoke with Will and he told me to bring my jeep over and they will do a diagnostic test to see what's going on. Found the problem and after all that was said and done, he should have at least charge me $80 but he didn't. Will, I will be hitting you up in a couple of weeks, so we can get my AC work done! I will definitely continue to go here to work done and I will also highly recommend this place to others. Thanks Will! Respectfully, Darrell read more

I think I gave Will a shoutout before but this place is such a blessing. My check engine light went on before a trip to AZ and Will took the time to check things out and reassure me. He has fixed my radiator, bushings and brakes at prices significantly lower than any others and I have complete confidence in the work they do. read more

My car started overheating so I called around to a few different places. Not only was William the quickest to get back to me but the price was much less expensive. It has been a few weeks now and my car is still doing great! He even gave me a ride home and stayed late to make sure the work was done. Thanks a lot guys, I'm very grateful. read more

Will and his staff are awesome. I needed some major engine work done on my car. I am so satisfied with the work he did as well as the level of knowledge. He also did a thorough look through on car and mentioned things needed in future( did not pressure me to get done that day). I would highly recommend his shop for any work needed. I was referred to A-2 Auto by a neighbor but I was reluctant to drive so far for auto repair. Upon entering the door I was greeted with a great big smile and can I help you. I had a radiator hose leak that needed repairing. I was told that it would be at least $200 to repair. A-2 checked it out tightened the hose and didn't even charge me. They did find an oil leak and fixed it right away. I am one blessed Girl because I have a an Auto garage that is looking out for me:) read more

Girlfriend brought her car in for repairs, they told her it would take weeks to begin/complete work. She had to have it returned as she was unable to get a rent a car and needed to work. They gave her a hard time then and now after contacting the insurance company for repairs they advised her it needed to be taken to another shop. They are now refusing to return the funds released to them and are essentially holding her money hostage. Under any circumstances I would never recommend this shop to anyone. read more

There's like 10 different auto shops in this shopping center. Came to Auto RX because we've known Will (the owner) for a long time. Came to him to start putting on all my 05 mustang mods. I can say that Will and his employees work very hard to ensure that everything is perfect. I had a problem with my brake pad covers and they kept working at the problem until it was fixed. Couldn't be more happy with the job they've done so far. 5 star service. Definitely recommend! read more

For the thirty years I have owned cars, I have known only one truly honest mechanic. Until yesterday when I rolled into A2 Auto Repair. I came in on a recommendation from a friend who had brought her car in two times and had an amazing experiece each time. No need to fear the usual situation where you go in to have something minor done and they tell you that you need eight other things done right now or your car will surely explode and kill you within the next week which scares the crud out of you and you spend money you do not have. I went in for breaks and Will and the guys checked out my car entirely. They did find a few items that can be addressed and priced them for me explaining that when I can get them done, I should consider it. NO pressure, NO pushy sales job, just honest discussion and the willingness to work on whatever I wanted. I did have my breaks done (with factory pads) and it was $370 out the door for front and back. The dealer wanted $780 for the same job. (yeah, right). My breaks feel like they did when I drove it off the lot eight years ago. If you go anywhere else to have your car worked on you just missing out. A2 Auto Repair is the best in Vegas, by far. read more

I was in a real pinch with bad grinding noises. I caught the good review on Google and decided to see if they could help me with no appointment and no referral. These guys took me in, diagnosed my care and fixed me up at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this group to anyone. Thank you Auto RX! read more

Update: I've used A2 a couple of times for small issues and have been treated well. Both times it was "no charge". Today I had a tune up and troubleshooting on my F150. Will scheduled me the next morning and had it done that day. When I came in to get my pickup, he showed me a video of the diagnostics both before and after. I felt in control and informed. Well done. This shop is now my go-to shop. I've been treated more than fair every time. read more

I found A2 Auto Repair via Yelp and I'm very happy that I did. Will is very honest and did a great job on my car! His prices are beyond fair, and he doesn't overcharge like some of the other shops that I called. They work efficiently and do a good job, and had my car ready the same day. It's also a relief to know that he stands by his work! Having been around the car business, and knowing that types of things that go on, this repair shop is definitely a cut above the rest. I would definitely recommend it and take my car there again. read more

Best mechanic I've been too thus far, prices are fair and honest. I'm writing this review in the shop right now. Will comes out and tells an older lady exactly what's wrong with her car, but to her he'd might as well be speaking Spanish because not a word of what he was saying was getting across to her. So he takes her in the back and explains the parts and what it does and why it needs to be replaced, it's a days work and she doesn't have a ride so he offers to take her home... What more of an first impression do you need? read more

Took my car in for what I thought was a wheel bearing issue. Will called me after doing several tests and told me it's not the wheel bearing and believes it's the tires and didn't want to change a part that looked good with no signs of damage. Very honest and great customer service! read more

Straight as an arrow. Honest mechanic, prices, and work. Went in to get my timing belt done and got my timing belt done. Had best price and showed me the old parts that were replaced. Also replaced my old seatbelts that werent working. This is how mechanics are suppose to be. Not the ones that dont give damn about your car. read more

After my regular auto shop closed, I checked out the reviews on Yelp & found Auto RX. I called, took my car in that day, & after they found the problems & a price quote, I decided to go with them for my 3 problems.
