Took my car in for service and Rico is very RUDE. This isn't the first time I've taken my car in for service and he's been like this. Only reason why I still visited the shop was because it was local and Chris was there who is super friendly and knowledgeable about cars. I just left and I was telling Rico what was going on with my car and that I spoke to Chris a few days about it. And he told me that I didn't speak to Chris and that I must of spoke to someone else. I told him that I did speak to Chris but he insisted that I didn't and that I was at the wrong shop. It's not what you say it's how you say it. I will not spend my money anywhere where I am not treated like a human being. I guess maybe he picks who he is friendly to. I have taken my car there a few times. At the time I was taking it there Tony who was the manager there took care of customers. Now there is some other guy there. I can't change or wench on my cars due to HOA fuck HOAs. But Tony is gone now. And this other person who is ok, and stated that my Serpentine Belt is going and also my that my front driver and passenger axel boots are leaking. I get it over to a place where I can check all of what he is saying with a someone that knows my car as well. And said that is normal where for what you have and there is nothing wrong. I've been going to this place since 2014 because Tony got the job done and prices were fair. I brought my 2005 Nissan Sentra on 10/31/19 because I needed the "Service Engine Soon" light fixed prior to getting my yearly smog test done. That's when I found out Tony was no longer working there. I was reluctant at first but I figured they knew my car since I've been bringing my wife's, daughter's, and my cars there over the years. I worked with Mark and was told that the first thing the diagnostic found was a code "P0171" which he described as the fuel pump going out and needed replacement. He also suggested getting a tune up done which I agreed to. Total price for parts and labor: $874 Later that afternoon, Mark called me and said the job was done and car was ready to be picked up. After paying the bill and picking up my keys I returned to my car and that's when I noticed the following: 1) Rear window (Right) was rolled all the way down (this window should roll 3/4 of the way down until it stops which is same on the left rear window as this is the standard design for these rear windows. This window no longer functions properly so I put duct tape in 3 places to hold the window intact and have never lowered the window because I knew it would have a hard time rolling back up. So I asked Mark if he knew what happened and he acknowledged the presence of the duct tape so that gave the hint that perhaps the right rear window should not be touched. He said he didn't know and started to ask the mechanic that worked on my car, which the mechanic looked me straight in the face and said "Oh we only rolled the front windows". 2) My USB 12v charger is missing from the outlet leaving my USB Bluetooth adapter cable dangling. This is theft. At this point, I'm pretty much heated but knew I couldn't do anything due to the fact that it's their word against mine. And if they had cameras, they probably won't show the footage. Guess it's time for a new auto repair shop...lesson learned. read more

They repaired my a/c with an oil change. They put a defective filter on my vehicle while I was driving at 3am oil spilled all out of my car couldn't even get myself home. A/c wasn't repaired right after a month back to the same condition as I brought it no air blowing this is Las Vegas! Every time I go in for an oil change, they always pressure me into replacing something that I know it doesn't need replacing to make me fork out more money. I now know for sure that's their business tactics. I'll never go back to these guys again. Luckily, I found an honest shop recently who carries my preferred and manufacture preferred 5W-30 synthetic oil. Even with the synthetic oil, it was cheaper than Royalty Auto Service's regular 10W-30 oil. The car I took to Royalty was my beat up zombie commute car, which I really don't care for putting too much money and effort into. This time, I had to service my "day off" car, so, I took it to another place I found with a good reputation. I would never think of taking my good car to Royalty after what I went through with my zombie commuter. Moreover, Royalty Auto Service charges too much for parts, as well. read more

I don't think over to 19 has anything to do with ripping the customers off replacing parts or not replacing parts that they said they replaced so I do not recommend this business they completely ripped me off and I think they should be reported to the business bureau Better Business Bureau will be reported to the Better Business Bureau do yourself a favor stay clear away from this place especially if you're a blonde female So a P0230 code came up which says fuel circuit failure but it doesn't say replace my fuel pump also I sat across the street and watched him not fix my car at all when they say they're working on it and I'm seeing across the street and it's still in the parking lot this place is a joke read more

So be fair to yourself and the mechanic. They are nice and work hard. Keep in mind if you have small engine the price is really cheap. The bigger the engine the more it can cost. The "big" car straight up may need more oil. Now in my experieince the cheap oil change is the way to get to look over a persons car to up sell. It does not mean you need to. Oil changes are not the money makers for these places. As far as extra repairs, if your car needs something they are looking for it. I walk in and say "Just the oil change please. No other repairs in the budget today, thanks." They are cool. Also think ahead of time. Call ahead and ask about the cost for your size engine. These guys tell will tell you. This little bit of up front knowledege can lower frustration. read more

Very unhonest place.Customer service very bad.Mark answers the phone and just makes the situation worst.He's very ignorant and just gives out false information without checking the source.Rico the owner is a crook with no accountabillity for his shady work and service.I had my car towed there with a error message i asked him to check my battery first.He called told me it wasnt the battery it was the alternator and it would cost me $7 hundred and something dollars for a rebuilt one and $9 hundred and something for a new one.I called o'reily the part was $342 and asked him how much for a labor he told me $240.Paid for the repair got the car back same problem it was my battery all along that was under warranty.He removed this new alternator i didnt need and promised me a refund after a week or so of the bullshit with mark I finally got my money back for the alternator and labor.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE... read more

Sign said $13.95 but when I went in and they asked what kind of oil I wanted, I told em the cheapest and they said they were out of it and the cheapest would be $20. I was already there so I said screw it and let them do it. People came in 20 minutes before they closed for an oil change and they turned them away saying it was too late. BEWARE!!! just drove my car to Las Vegas. I have a compact vehicle, so I wanted to make sure I was caught up on my fluids once I arrived. I was driving down Jones, when I seen this establishment. Advertised $13.95 oil change. This is why I love YELP! So I yelped this company. 2 stars, you can read the reviews yourself. One review suggested I call first because the advertisement was false, bad service, some said good service. Well I called and spoke with the Manager TOM, he was very rude, his tone was really bad. He just flat out told me my price will be $60.00 & he hung up the phone. So I called back to clarify more information, he was rude again, my friend even tried to ask a question & be transferred to a district manager, he refused to give us the information, he told us he wouldn't give us that information & was basically like come down here! To fight maybe ! Wow ! Anyway. No one deserve to be treated with disrespect, especially when we are trying to PAY OUR MONEY for a SERVICE. I don't pay for disrespect! My wife and I took our Honda element to "Royalty Auto Service 3" 2424 N. Jones Blvd. on 2-6-08. We needed an oil change and to have our brakes checked. They recommended that we have our rotors resurfaced, front and rear. Our car started making a rattling noise soon after. I got under the car and saw that they did not replace one of the two bolts for the caliper. The other bolt was not even tightened. Along with the rear rotors not being resurfaced; neither were the fronts! Now, I'm not sure the pads were even changed and did we really get an oil change? If so, what did they put in? Recycled oil? I don't trust them one bit!!! I am going to give them a chance to make this right. If they can't, don't or won't I will be contacting my lawyer. His name is Darren Weiss. I went here because my water pump needed to be replaced, biggest mistake. After they did the work I picked my car up I noticed my check engine light was on. I asked tony the manager why it was on, he informed me that it would go off in a day or so and not to worry. so I waited a couple days and still the check engine light didnt go off and my car smelt like gas really bad. so I went back to them and tony told me I needed my o2 sensors replaced and a new fuel pump. So I had my fuel pump replaced by a different shop and wanted to wait to fix my o2 sensors. well one of my friends replaced two of the sensors and cleaned out the other two, and the check engine light still wouldnt go off. so he told me i should get a diagnostic ran to find out what was going on so i did. I was informed that a the fuse that controls the sensors was missing and if that fuse is taken out it will turn your check engine light on. They will scam you so bad... might give you a good deal on the first job then mess up your car so you come back to them. plus tony the manager admited to having bad people work for him and he had to fire them but he's the one thats in on it. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!! read more
