bought a very specific model /year/engine of a car I had been looking for for years…read more.. I felt the prices and what they wrote was ok. the pictures were from the best sides of the car. they held the car and Barely had it ready for me eheb I got there. told the guy that o only had xamt for down... he's like... I'll fix for you. bull- he didn't.... what he did was differ it for a week. told me he had a car fax... never saw it...my problems for not asking. the thing the bothered about this deal was he told it it was a 1 owner car... I check it... it was 10, it was a lease, it was in 2 accidents, and he sold me the car with damage ...(they were aware I'm sure.) my problems for not not insisting on checking the car out first. so...I find it shady that I'm like... while u collect the paperwork...I'm gonna check out the car and see how it looks and stuff... he was quick to say...no no...we can do the paper work first and made me wait like 30 before I saw any paperwork. -shady!! so during the paperwork stage, he was like....a ream of paper....sign here...initial here...and here...etc... would not allow me to read...nor explained any thing on the car. I was annoyed as sin. I wanted the car so I bit the bullet ...wish I hadn't, while he flipped and flipped....sold me gap ins...regular insurance for my car... even did a loan payment missed they had the car locked and it would be immediately remotely disabled if I missed a payment by one day. and could not be allowed to remove its bullocks! ..titles, loan docs and I signed a sold as it no warranty paper. so it's my problem....that's ok. drove the car home, sunroof was unplugged cause it was ceased and needs a new cassette. 1200, tires were seriously bald and it looked like one of the slides was drove flat for s few miles cause it had they wear line on the side when you drive a flat tire far.... it was patched and filled and sold to me like that. car stereo cracked head unit....no biggie.... butt there was no function in the CD player... sunroof leaks from not closing right, rims were severely messed up and car pulled to the right a lot. in water... fish tailed so bad I had to buy tires after the full up not even 20 mm after I pulled of lot! I can't exceed 35mph or you will hydro out of control. car was not washed, vacuumed, cleaned inside, headline with fingers, leathers seats with fingers of grease, minor cuts on seats, no gas when I got the car....had to fill up next door at Hess cause it was bone dry..... then straight to tire kingdom for new tires cause fat gas station.... I had really bad bad bad tires. they didn't care!! . not fair man....minor bumps and some bad clear coat damage from sun, in a few minor areas. ... aight I'll fix. 3 bulbs out on the car...had to fix that before getting home. def. taking this car for a bumper to bumper inspection at this point... had a beeping check engine light with a message saying 123 days past due for a service.noilnlevel not where it should be at. .. wow ...what else... did I bout an etsel?. all this is now my at my expense since it my probl for signing asis. he lied about the finis de comaony companu insisting on the extra down ...we deferred it... paid for that and tech insurance a week later. I asked ins comp... they said they never asked for more down. they were like,.. we only take Cash for the down... no check, no credit cards. I was only able to pull out 1/2 at from numerous arm machines all over town at fees I paid for each try... ATm for the max was reached when I had only 1/2... oh wait you can take cards.., well damn here then... I didn't have to run around for two hrs doing this..... they have the ability to take debits and cards....but perfer not to because of the transaction fees for those amt are much higher for them to pay. not my proble,....but they should not have told me they don't take credit cards...cash only. car was not worth the max price paid with all these damages ...clearly the used edmunds higher price gauge was suggesting. I'd have juggled down 2k if I had known they were shady and wouldn't let me inspect the car before signing. ok...I accept that's my problems for not fighting it...but they knew I wanted and they had it for a while...and knew I'd take it...but I should have paid 2k less for it. no matter many lessons learned... I hope you all learn from this not just witness these nerds..but other used car lots. missing paperwork every week from financial company. one good thing thing... I mentioned the sunroof before I left...I hope they do her their verbal and fix it...but doubt.

I was going to give this a five star review but I feel like some of the customer service ended…read moreafter I purchased the vehicle. I came to this location specifically as the had the model of vehicle I wanted. My sales person was Chris Berry. I found him to be helpful and overall easy to work with. I ended up walking away with the car I wanted, satisfied with the experience, and happy with the deal I got. We also bonded over both being from the Midwest area and he generously included all-weather floor mats since I was to be returning to that area. I ended up accidentally leaving my drivers license at the dealership. I was leaving town the next morning and at the airport I couldn't find my license. I knew it was either at home or I may have left it at the dealership since there were a lot of times I needed my license out. I did not hear anything from them immediately or the next few days and assumed it was at home. The moment I returned four days later I looked around and could not find my license. I ended up calling to check and the dealership said they had my license. When I asked why no one had called me the response was that it wasn't their responsibility to let me know. I understand that the onus is on me to keep track of my license but I felt like there was no interest or care to help out a customer who just spend several tens of thousands of dollars to purchase a vehicle from their location. The person who answered the phone seemed unsympathetic and had very poor customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and was transferred but went to voicemail. I left a voicemail asking for a call back but did not receive any call. I ended up going in person to get my license and to pick up the floor mats the following day. Chris was there and he was able to assist me and was apologetic. I also had discovered that one of the windows had tint peeling and he said he would arrange for it to be replaced at my convenience. I am happy with my experience with Chris and would give him 5 stars. However, I am dissatisfied with the remainder of my sales experience, hence the 3 stars. I've been driving Toyota since I've been able to drive and this is my third Toyota now. While their vehicle quality remains stellar, their customer service has overall deteriorated.

Huge bait and switch location, what they advertise is not there even after you told the manager Jawad you were driving a long distance just to see that vehicle. Low and behold it's sold, which is 100% bull. He doesn't even have the nerve to see you when you made the appointment with him and confirmed. He sends the poor kid that was lost. This place should go out of business. . L

I don't know how to rate this. I would rather not write a review when I can not give all positive…read morefeedback. Service I rate higher, sales is my issues. So please take my rating as an average. I have always leased Infiniti's, so having that kind of service is something you get used to. My last Q60 was stollen, I decided to get a wrangler. My decision was because it was a car I always wanted. Not due in to sales pressure. If I have to say how my sales experience was November of 2020. I would give it 1 . The sales person was not helpful. They tried to get me into every model below what I wanted, kept me there forever playing their games, when I tried to leave, and even chased my car acting like they had a better deal to offer me. It was like a bad car salesman skit. At the end what we had a agreed for the down payment, was not what I paid before I walked out the door. I was too exhausted to fight, and just wanted to go home. The sad thing is I would have never had to deal with this at Infiniti. There I would test drive the car, on side streets, the highway, and where I wanted (wait that is any car). I am used to being in and out in less than 30 min with a new car. At Jeep, the sales man was too lazy to put gas in the car and only took me down side streets. To this day.... I hate my Jeep on the highway. I regret that I never test drove it to know that you can't use your blue tooth on 95. Should I continue.... No, I'll just leave it at that. I'm happy with this car for what it is, I got the Jeep I wanted. But, I will never give this dealership business. When you think of car salesman and the reputation they have.... This is the true meaning of them. Service: I can't complain. I have gone in for oil changes. Waited, or taken an Uber to work. Prior cars I was given a loaner. But, it's not a luxury car. This last oil change they did not reset my mileage to 0 for the next oil change. But, I know how to do that myself. My Jeep also is set to have an oil change every 10,000 miles. So, I am not sure why they put a sticker on the window for the next one due in 5,000 miles. I thought the days of stickers in the windows left us in the 90s. They washed it, so it looks great. They have a great area to sit and wait. You can get work done, have coffee, or relax... so no complaints. Service staff is friendly and helpful. I will give them all the s. (Sales hurts the overall rating of this location)

We called and were insured that they had them and several others in stock to choose from and that they always honour the sale prices. We drove down to Aventura, and after waiting an hour they could not find these two Jeeps, but offered one that had several scraches and a dent in it with 900 miles on it. When we asked to look at the other ones in stock they advised us that they could not sell them as they would not start and the computers were out of them. They lied and said even if they found the Jeeps we were interested in, they would not be able to sell them at that sales price, but could get one from another dealer for 10k more. Sales rep and sales manager were not helpfull and very upset that we would not put an offer in on the scrached and dented one with 900 miles on it. STAY AWAY AND DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.

1 star review: Extremely Dishonest Dealership: Lied About Service History and Tried to Sell an…read moreUnsafe Vehicle I recently had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at North Miami Mitsubishi while trying to purchase a used 2020 Tesla Model X. I was already pre-approved for financing and specifically asked about the car's full service history before making the hour long drive from Florida City. In the morning, I was told "no problem" the car had been serviced, and the history would be easy to provide. Jose (the manager) even called later to reassure me they were pulling it and it would take no time. Then Andre (the sales rep) texted the same assurances and we scheduled a test drive time in the evening. I made it clear I didn't want to waste time driving that far if the info wasn't ready. While I was already on my way, they suddenly said the service manager had left for the day and no one else knew where the records were. They told me "not to worry" because the car was "good," so I continued to the dealership. Big mistake. When I arrived, there was a burning smell coming from the vehicle. Despite that red flag, Andre kept insisting the car was in good shape, so I went ahead with the test drive. What I discovered was alarming: serious brake issues, alignment problems, worn control arm bushings, bad ball joints or faulty half-shafts causing heavy vibrations during acceleration, and to top it, malfunctioning falcon wing doors. The burning smell got much worse after the drive likely the brakes overheating or failing. This car was clearly not safe to drive. Andre took notes on everything and promised to call me the next day with more information. Instead, I got a call saying the manager decided the car would be sold "as is" with zero repairs or fixes. Of course, I walked away without buying it. What angers me most is the blatant dishonesty about the service history. Any competent mechanic or inspection would have caught these major mechanical problems, yet the dealership seemed to be actively hiding them by dodging the records and downplaying the issues. They wasted my entire evening on what felt like a bait and switch tactic. My strong advice to anyone: Do NOT go to test drive a used car at North Miami Mitsubishi unless they have the complete service history in hand and are willing to provide it upfront. Save yourself the time, frustration, and potential safety risk. This place has lost all credibility with me, stay far away.
