The expansion into now four stores has not multiplied the inventory, but divided it. Four requests placed on the West Milford location for common parts (2011, Chevy; alternator, serpentine belt, serpentine belt tensioning tool, 1 1/2" straight radiator hose) could not be fulfilled at that location without waiting for a delivery from an alternate store. BTW: I don't appreciate the comments from the heavy set man in the West Milford location on my purchases - perhaps he's a delivery guy, who should NOT be speaking with customers, yet he always injects his opinion, "I guess the customer is always right" he quips after he disagrees with my diagnosis of an electrical problem. Gee, I'm only a degreed electrical engineer with 50 years experience.
