Long story short, a cop was in the right place at the right time and followed her to an apartment where she was arrested for DUI and the judge made her pay restitution. Yes, the justice system does work from time to time... Anyway, Barreto's did a great job and since then I found that Dings and Dents Gone has taken over the shop. Although they are new to the location you can tell they know how to run a business and take care of their customers. My 2021 Cement Grey Tacoma was side swiped by some punks on bicycles and I was worried about rust developing since the scratch broke beyond the clear coat. This required painting two door panels along with color matching and blending the new coat with the original. Not an easy task, but one that a professional shop is expected to perform at a very high level. After a short wait period, my truck was completed at a very fair price and with a professional touch. The team here is great from top to bottom and I hope they have continued success. It's great to see a business deal with transparency and have pride in how they treat customers. They provide great service with quality and craftsmanship. I highly recommend Dings and Dents Gone for anybody looking for a fair priced repair on a car in need of some body work.

I picked the car up 11am, when I got home & realized the light they replaced was no longer on the car I called at 2pm to get assistance with their mistake. The shop is refusing to fix a light that was improperly installed, not to mention it's only a $20 part. Take your car to a shop that actually cares and has integrity! Edit : The courtesy would have been appreciated if the part was actually installed correctly and you did not repeatedly replace the part. Just because you did not write on the paper "reflector light" does not mean it is not your responsibility.

Unprofessional and Rude - Avoid!…read more Today I contacted "Mark" from COLOROMETICS, who responded via text, for a wheel repair quote. I needed about 4 inches of repair, and he quoted me $159 without any breakdown of the costs. This was significantly higher than another quote I received for $90 for a similar repair. While I understood with the other company that the $90 price might mean a less-than-perfect finish, Mark didn't even leave room for dialogue about options. A professional would have offered alternatives like, "Depending on what you want, we can try a less aggressive approach for $90," or something similar. He simply didn't seem to care about building a relationship with a potential client or exploring different solutions. What was truly off-putting, however, was Mark's unprofessional and unsolicited opinionated tone in his text messages. When discussing the repair, I may have used the wrong terminology like "blend," but it clearly set him off. He rudely responded with "It's not a painted finish so blending is not an option. Sounds like you got a someone that's doesn't know what they are talking about. Lol Best of luck to you." This defensive, dismissive, and frankly, childish attitude is a really horrible business practice. For such a short conversation with that much reactivity, I would imagine he's a nightmare when he believes a client wronged him my god. I would strongly advise against using COLOROMETICS or dealing with Mark. There are clearly other businesses out there that offer better pricing and, more importantly, professional and respectful customer service. Save yourself the drama and look elsewhere. Two options were provided for a full fix at his shop and a mobile dent repair where he would fix at my own home. I elected the mobile dent.
