Wow. I truly cannot believe how you spoke to me on the phone today, Tara in service…read more We originally brought the vehicle in for service in August when the AC stopped working. After taking the car home, we realized something still was not functioning properly and had to bring it back again. Your team addressed that issue at no cost, which we appreciated. Earlier this year we also had another appointment for additional service, including transmission work. Since the weather turned cold shortly after our September appointment, we had not needed to use the AC again until recently. When we did, we discovered it is not working again in the exact same way it was back in August. Because of that, the plan was for your team to take another look at the previous repair. Michelle had previously told us that a loaner vehicle would be available for larger appointments. Our intention was to drop the car off for the Friday appointment and leave it there until the work was completed. At the same time, we discussed replacing the cracked media console screen. I was told I would need to pay approximately $1,500-$2,000 in person on Friday so the replacement part could be ordered and shipped. This is not an inexpensive appointment, and none of the service we have had done at this dealership has been inexpensive. We are also traveling to Columbus on Saturday while family is visiting. I was completely fine leaving our vehicle for the service, but we would need a loaner in order to manage our plans and pick up my sister who is flying in from Portland. During our call you told me a loaner would not be available because the vehicle is technically drivable. I explained that we were planning to leave the car so the work could be completed. I also explained that we have family visiting from out of state. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, you mocked me and repeatedly insinuated that I was lying. My wife and I moved from Portland to Ohio in 2019, and until this year we had not seen our family since that move. My parents now live in Guam, and my sister lives in Washington. Our family does not all live in the same state, and when we see each other it usually involves long flights and careful planning. These visits are rare, and I was honestly appalled by the way you spoke to me and insinuated that I was being dishonest. To be spoken to that way as a paying customer is incredibly unprofessional. This interaction was completely unacceptable. Because of this experience, we will not be using this dealership for service going forward. I strongly recommend this interaction be reviewed internally, as no customer should be treated this way. There is no need to call me.

We are older with many medical appointments and could not afford weeks of rentals, and Mark Porter really came through for us. First-rate service, too.
