I"m not very seasoned in purchasing trucks but I do have years of Business experience and I was from out of town and trying to purchase a truck in their inventory. After making up my mind that maybe this truck might fit our bill, I called for the third time and a man named Norm picked up. Never spoke to him the first few times. He was extremely aggressive and demanded Immediately that WE HAVE NO BILL OF SALE and a $2000.00 dollar non-refundable deposit for a truck with no inspection and no viewing? I said I'm just trying to organize the purchase? So after his UNKIND words I was concerned as this seemed very wrong. Who gives an angry rude person you've never met a $2000.00 deposit for a Used truck you've not seen? This was a major red flag as you need to see the truck, YES? Wouldn't you? I needed to book a flight and accommodations so this was a serious risk.This made me nervous so I said I think you've lost a deal. The Response was truly unbelievable, Norm Screamed at me with profanities. I'm in such shock I'm posting on Yelp for the first time in my life. Lastly a deposit is for first right of refusal. Not to stall a sale if a second party came to the table!!! TRUCKS FOR LESS- worst sales experience of my business life. Zero trust in this company.

Makes you lower and lower what you will take so he gets more in his own pocket. Misdirects you from the contract and lies. Makes you think one thing, while you're signing for sometime completely different. Make sure you understand what you are signing 100%. I asked about a part of the contract STRAIGHT UP! And he directed my eyes to another piece of paper to "break it down" then got me to sign quickly. Yeah, my mistake. Because he lied through his teeth so he would get more money for himself. He profited over $710 from me after one week of my vehicle being there. Does that sound like a FLAT FEE???? This guy cares about one thing only. Taking as much as he can get. BUYER BEWARE!!!…read more TrailBlazer RV will knowingly sell you DAMAGED GOODS, We bought a 2009 RV from Trailblazer, we asked Mike the sales guy all the right questions and were repeatedly lied to. Brought the RV back for LEAKS more than once and MARK in Service DID NOTHING TO FIX IT!!! SAYING THEY COULD NOT FIND LEAK. ONLY two short yrs later RV was sold for scraps after floor and walls were soaked and moldy. iT BECAME SO WET THAT EVEN OLD PATCHES REOPENED ( We patched where we could but couldnt stay ahead of it, Inspector said the leak was there for more than two years.) TrailBlazer's Manager CHRIS did nothing to compensate us in anyway. Even with these Leaks being previously recorded on TrailBlazers records they said they could do nothing for us. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT JUST GETTING YOUR MONEY, THEN YOU THE CUSTOMER ARE ON YOUR OWN... WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN THE FUTURE BUYER BEWARE!!!!
