We had to go meet him cause he could not find our campsite. My husband went to meet him and informed him where we were. We used the RV for 2 nights as a place to sleep, nothing else. We couldn't have the ac on cause it kept tripping the breaker and the fridge didn't work so they provided a mini fridge to compensate saying we needed it so quickly that essentially its our fault the fridge didn't work. If you have an RV not in working order say that you don't have anything available just like the other companies we attempted to rent from. After all was said and done we decided its not worth it to make a fuss over anything, after all it was last minute and they did accommodate us for that. But then we got a bill for broken hardware in a drawer that we never opened. We literally only used the bed and toilet, and a bill for cleaning cigarette ashes apparently. Now me or my husband don't smoke so maybe my 16 month old was sneaking smokes during nap time??? So I reported him to the BBB to give other people a heads up and possible promote a better business attitude for him and he just lies on his response. Long story short, if you need a quick RV rental this is the place but expect a bill for cleaning phantom ashes and repairing "broken hardware" The guy said I complained cause I am mad, of course I companied cause I'm mad, had you not lied about the condition of the RV and charged me extra for nothing I wouldn't be mad. I picked up the motorhome two months later, after being told certain work would be completed beforehand. I drove an hour to the dealership only to find that none of the promised work had been done. Instead of resolving the issue, I was forced to drive back home and arrange the repairs myself. Now I'm stuck fighting with them to cover costs for work they had already agreed to complete. This has turned into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal, not to mention the unexpected out-of-pocket expenses. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of organization, poor communication, and what feels like a lack of honesty and accountability.
