I've had to waste money on cabs going back an forth because they couldn't uphold the conditions of the bill of sale. I received the rv in a dirty condition. (No attempt at detailing) I'd like to say thanks to Anita since she was the only person with any knowledge at this dealership otherwise I'd like to give negative stars. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Stay away if you don't want a headache. Picture clearly shows how bad I received it. I spent 5 minutes with some basic cleaner and a brush after it rained to get it to this. Complaints have with been filled with amvic and bbb.

The salesman was good to deal with, prompt and friendly. We got a breakdown in price and went on a test drive all within an hour. We didn't end up buying a dodge due to personal preference, but did enjoy the friendly service. That being said, I can't comment on the entire car buying process through Sherwood Dodge, thats why I have only rated 3 stars.

Red flag here!! I thought i was texting "Taylor" so I thought I will stick with him so he can get the commission if i get something. Nope it was someone else the whole time! I went in anyway to look and I felt so uncomfortable. I was looking for a used vehicle, low km but no they can only get me into a brand new one. The arrogant "finance" guy sits up in his bull pen looking down on everyone with an attitude. They also didn't tell me how much my trade in was worth and that my whole bumper needs to be replaced because of a few surface scratches...I will now have to put a block on phone numbers because they dont stop.
