They do! I had hoped for a cage, but they use a belt-type contraption that adheres to your exhaust when it heats up, and inside are airplane-grade chains that ruin saw blades. I spoke to Greg on the phone, and he gave me an estimate of around $600. I was desperate, and it was handy to work. So last Tuesday, I took in my Forester, and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. AND it was $200 less than he quoted me, so always a bonus. Kevin Harris lied repentantly about the delivery date even thought I stressed it was to be a certain date. After delaying the delivery of the truck, due to their lack of laziness, Randy Taylor tossed me keys on delivery day and said" That's all I've got for you". They don't take responsibility for there actions, or will help you when they have wronged you. Don't believe anything anyone at this dealership says. I URGE you to stay away and use your money at a dealership that cares about it's customers.

Unfortunately their stock in store was limited, but that's bombardier/COVID's fault (there's very limited stock anywhere in town, they just can't make enough for demand right now). We have considered a second seadoo, but Martins didn't have stock available. If they get more in, we would definitely go back to Martins before anywhere else. Also, they have serviced our boat for a number of years and nothing but good things to say there too. Their customer service can't be beat!

Multiple Harley dealers Suzuki dealer Honda dealer But when the service guy at Martin motor sports looked me straight in the eye and Intentionally lied to me after sitting at his desk trying to look invisible while I dealt with someone else, they blew their chance. A part that cost $15 at Harley costs $70 at Martin and was NOT what I asked to be installed. He hand wrote notes on the signed order and claimed they were there when i signed it. And then just to really bug me, they returned the spyder set to MPH and the clock at a random number. I will be using independent service shops from now on and if i need warranty work will take it all the way to Calgary if need be to avoid Martin motor sports with their very suspect moral standards.

After purchasing a new boat from a local Alberta boat shop and had the unfortunate need to require…read moresome warranty work. The issue was minor, with one of the bunks that the boat rests on, having a small tear in the fabric after a few months use. Trying to use the dealer was as difficult as it could be with them wanting my boat and trailer dropped off after a 3 hour drive one way and then they wouldn't preorder parts and gave explanations that EZ Loader required video etc. to authorize the repairs. Reaching out to EZ Loader directly, they accepted the photos I had of the issue, advised the reasons which were dealer setup of the trailer and how the boats rivets rested on the bunk. Regardless that this was the dealers error and not theirs, they still took the lead in remediating the issue. Within days I had a new bunk delivered to my door and with their knowledge I was ably to easily place the bunks in the correct position without any need to waste the time as the dealer insisted. EZ Loader was courteous, friendly, and very professional. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a trailer manufacturer that gets it. If you want to stay in business, take care of your customers; if you lose your customers, you lose your business. Well done guys!!
