Took care of our issue at low cost and gave us a thorough recommendation on what to repair. He also took the time to call around local establishments to see if they would be able to fix the problem (possibly at a lower cost) and recommended those places. Knowing to never trust a mechanic I do not know, I got a second opinion. Darrell hadn't even drained the oil that he said he found metal in and no metal was found in it when it was drained. I've truly never met a shoddier mechanic. Sounds like he can do some minor air conditioner repairs from the reviews I've seen, but figured I'd give a real review of his diagnostics. By the way, all my vehicle needed was some new spark plugs and ignition coils, under $200 repair. It's running smoothly and definitely has years before it'll need trashed. Don't go to this guy unless you want to waste money and potentially be out a whole car. If you want a good recommendation, go to Auto Care Experts in Yakima.

It's funny to read reviews and see how one person's experience made this the worst Les Schwab store…read morein the world and yet for me it was the best. I had a blowout on my travel trailer last week so I made an appointment at Les Schwab. We live about 2 hours away but we were able to store the trailer close by until we could come back with more time, and when I went by in the morning to scope it out, the guy said that I could bring the trailer in anytime, even though my appointment wasn't for another hour. FYI, they have a separate trailer repair center across the street so it's easy to get in and out with a trailer. The guy working there jumped right on it, but within minutes he had 3 other people pull in that needed help, so he was a bit distracted, but he got some more people over to help him and kept at it. Another employee happened to be looking at our trailer and noticed one of our springs was broken, just hanging there. I tried calling some other trailer repair places in town to see if I could track down a new spring, but wasn't having any luck. Then a Les Schwab guy that just happened to be in the area (he's a mobile guy not based out of here) checked in his truck and just happened to have a spare spring that fit our trailer. And he just gave it to us! He must've spent the next hour helping the employees install the new spring, making sure they had everything they needed before taking off, and though we were they for about 2 hours, we got 5 new tires and a replacement spring and hit the road with a much better towing experience. And they charged us about 50 bucks for the labor on the spring that should have been a lot more. I'm guessing overall we saved about 500 dollar for the spring and install, all because these guys jumped in to help us out. This is not something you see every day, but I have a feeling at Les Schwab in Ellensburg it's not that out of the ordinary. If I could I'd drive back there every time I needed tire service. 2 hours might be a bit of stretch but if I'm ever in the area I will absolutely go back. Thank you to the entire team that helped us out in a pinch, we really appreciate it!

The ambulance began cutting out intermittently and I stopped for lunch and searched local diesel shops on my phone. Crossroad Garage had great reviews, so decided to try and get there. I called and Brianna said they could diagnose it immediately, but probably not fix it until the next day. On the way there, it died and I towed it in with my support vehicle. They said it was a fuel pressure issue, but needed more time the next day to know for sure. Within an hour of them opening the next day, Brianna called and told me what was wrong, and that parts were available in Yakima, and the repair would be $1800. She couldn't guarantee that it would be fixed the same day, but they would try. I was called at 3pm and told it was ready. When I picked it up, the bill was $400 less than I was quoted. I paid and hit the road. I immediately noticed increased power and nearly twice the previous gas mileage. I made it the remaining 200 miles home without any further issues. Everyone there that I dealt with was pleasant and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it for less than what I was quoted. So happy, that I even bought one of the Black Rifle Co. trucker hats they had for sale!

Because of the dangerous situation, the owner skipped dinner and came to get me out of harm's way after calling me immediately after my insurance co contacted them for towing. Both the owner and his second tow truck driver were professional and friendly. After inspecting and guessing what the issue was they ordered the part that night (with no obligation if it wasn't needed). In the AM, they inspected my truck first thing and their previous night's assessment was spot on. The part came in shortly after and I was on the road a couple hours later. So much integrity!!! As a single woman traveling cross country I would have paid whatever was needed so I'd worried about a huge bill. I was so surprised that the whole solution was just over $400. p.s. after towing my truck they made sure I had a safe place to stay for the night. Talk about above and beyond service wise!!!

Andy proceeded to then ignore countless phone calls and emails from us asking for updates and a resolution or even a simply acknowledgment with empathy for the situation. When we finally heard from him after his ghosting spree on day THREE, it was to simply terminate the sale on the vehicle because it evidently could not be resolved. We now have a hard pull against our credit from them, no car to show for it, and weeks of time wasted. It's astounding how little these people cared about the situation they put us in and the fact that they are clearly selling lemons to hard working members of our community.
