First off...this location looks different from a "normal car lot". Its located off Vernon in Roseville. It basically looks like a house/ tent, turned into an office with couches. Great set of guys, but it's really all about the $$. But isn't it always? Their ad on multiple sites, mention they work on whatever type of credit, job status or financial predicament your in, but not really. So their ad is misleading. It's all about the $$ or Financing. If you don't have it, they won't assist in getting what you desire. Period. Synopsis; I wanted an older model BMW, Z-3, but (They) couldn't work around it, or finance an older car, and they couldn't assist me in THAT purchase. BUT.... instead I was offered a $9,000 3Series Coupe BMW, with a $300.00 car note, because, it was a newer version that can be financed instead!!? Nope, no thank you!! I'm not getting something I don't want, nor a huge car note, I don't need!! "I said, nope, no thanks. I'll look around and wait." Finally... It's best to truly shop around and have an ample amount of Deposit, get the CarFax, before the deal on your specific car & get (YOUR) dream car. Not theirs!! Don't be pressured. But, don't give up!! You'll get your car either way.!! I know I am! :)

Hooked it up. Easy to deal with and down too earth. Got that Camaro fire. Thank you!

Scammers. I bought a car at market value for the condition they stated it was in. They showed me mechanics papers that said that everything on the car was fine, and that it only had minor issues that their mechanic "fixed". I test drove the vehicle, sounded fine, looked great (freshly detailed), and trusted that these guys were honest people. This is the last time I trust the snakes that are trying to sell me cars, because these people are just that, snakes. I paid $14,000 for this car, and immediately after driving it 2 hours back to my house, I took it to my mechanic, and he told me that I should've just bought a different car. My mechanic and I are friends, so he discounted me $500 and my bill with him was still $2000. This car at any other mechanic would've costed me $2500 to get in mostly working condition. And guess what, $2000 later, and my car still doesn't completely work. It still needs a new motor for the window that died right after I bought it, and it needs new bearings for one or more of the belt drivers. I don't have much issue with having to pay a bit of money on a used car to get it in tip top condition, but over 2 grand? Heavily discounted and still 2 grand to get the car safe to drive? Oh yeah, that's another thing, they sold me a car that's unsafe to drive. That is why I am making this review now. This car was very clearly in poor condition, it had a crushed section exhaust pipe near the muffler, missing bolts, and a tie rod wasn't even connected to the broken left control arm for the steering. There were many more issues with the car, including modifications that did not fit the car, but the last one I listed about the control arm made the car unsafe, meaning I could've died while driving this car. My mechanic wouldn't let me take my car back from him until this was fixed because if I had so much as went over a pothole or a speed bump too fast, the left wheel would've went under my car flat and my car would've flipped. This dealership had a "mechanic" look at these issues before, and they gave me printed papers saying that everything was fine! They know exactly what they did, and they knew how shitty what they did was. I could've died, but it doesnt matter to them because they're just flipping auctioned cars. They don't care about you, they don't care about the thousands of dollars you'll be spending on the car to get it working, and you shouldn't give in to their smooth talking. Want to know how they responded 6 days later when I told them about these issues? 6 days after driving my car off the lot I gave them a list of issues (This was before the car was even done being fully inspected). They blamed it on me. "Well we don't know what you did with the car in the 6 days you've had it". I literally only logged the miles from Roseville back to my home in Modesto, and then to the mechanic, but apparently in that amount of time I've been able to drive the car so much and so harshly that I've broken several bolts out, crushed a section of exhaust pipe, broken my control arm and corresponding tie rod, worn out belts and the pulleys that drive them, worn out the fuel injectors, brakes, installed smaller than required radiator hoses, caused oil leaks in multiple spots, and a few more things that I honestly can't bother to remember over all of the BS I've had to deal with. Several calls after, all they did was blame all of the issues on me because "their mechanic" checked it out and said all is well. All they did was blame me and demand proof that it was that way when I drove it off of the lot. They got so mad that they started to yell at me, angrily blaming me and calling them out for being the snakes that they are. Do not let these men take advantage of you, do not fall into their smooth talking, do not trust their "mechanic". Their mechanic is probably a family member or somebody that's in the loop, profiting off of tricking people like us. Do not buy from these people. Photos are from my mechanic.

Service 5 Stars + Sales interactions 0 stars = 3 Stars for experience…read more On my fourth 4Runner and fifth Toyota over the past 35 years. Even though I live out of the area, my most reliable and trusted service experience has consistently been with Roseville Toyota. That's exactly why I coordinate my maintenance around trips to the area. Kerry S. has been my service advisor many times, and I always appreciate his straightforward, practical advice - telling me exactly what makes the most sense. I'm truly grateful for the excellent care I receive here. While my service experience has been truly exceptional, I would NEVER purchase a vehicle here based on my interactions and observations of the sales team. Car sales traditionally carries a stigma, but the conversations and interactions I've experienced and overheard here represent the worst of the worst. Being present for extended periods of time during service visits over the years, and with what I call a carefully tuned gift of situational awareness only confirmed this conclusion. Its big corporate numbers game here only, and not worthy of any loyalty.

From start to finish, this was a disheartening experience. Thank goodness I love my new vehicle, otherwise I'd be even more upset with myself for not walking away. I was extremely clear from the beginning about my expectations regarding pricing and repeatedly asked whether I was paying MSRP. I was assured multiple times that I was. Their worksheet even displayed MSRP pricing, yet somehow by the time everything was finalized, I ended up paying over MSRP anyway. They tout "pricing transparency," but that could not be further from the truth. I was looked straight in the eye more than once by the sales manager and blatantly lied to. Between the deceptive pricing practices, forced add-ons, and constant red flags throughout the deal, this entire experience felt dishonest and manipulative. I should have walked away and saved myself the stress, frustration, and extra money.

Made a purchase back in January and everything went smooth and great. For one what I like about the…read morebuying experience here is that the salesman won't harass you and constantly nagging you to buy the car. All we did was went asked for the vehicle they bring it up and let you test drive it. Also not to mention a lot of the reviews will say car broke down days after well triple crown is one dealer that lets you take the car for a test drive and inspection. I took the vehicle to get inspected at a trust shop I've been going to for years and once everything checked out we went straight to purchase super smooth transaction and just like that purchased a great vehicle. (Please note cars are sold as is so I would highly recommend taking it in for an inspection considering this dealer allows that which is awesome in my opinion. A lot of dealers won't allow you to take the car for inspections without you providing the entire inspection back to them) Since we purchased the car we have driving it 4000 miles and made 4 long road trips the car has been great!

Buyer Beware: Sold Me an Unsafe 2010 Prius and Offered Little to No Help:…read more I recently bought a 2010 Prius from Triple Crown Motors, and it was one of the worst car-buying experiences I've ever had. From the start, everything seemed fine during the sale, but as soon as I drove it off the lot, I noticed a concerning knocking sound. I took it straight to a Toyota dealership for a check, and they told me the rack and pinion and intermediate steering shaft were shot--not safe to drive at all. The repair estimate? A whopping $2,900. This is a major safety issue that should've been caught during their pre-sale inspection, but apparently, that's not how they operate. I reached out to "Tony", the sales manager, hoping for some goodwill. I wasn't asking for a handout--I just wanted them to chip in a bit since this was a hidden problem that put me at risk. I even emphasized that it was a safety concern and should have been disclosed. Tony's response? Flat-out no help whatsoever. He said they'd only look at it if I drove it back to them, which is insane because the car was deemed unsafe! When I asked if they'd cover a tow, he shut that down too. And when I politely requested his full name or email for further discussion, he got defensive and said, "Tony is all you need to know," then ended the conversation abruptly. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Triple Crown Motors clearly doesn't stand behind their vehicles or care about their customers' safety. I feel completely ripped off, and now I'm out of pocket for a car that's basically undriveable. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place--do your research elsewhere. Triple Crown might have deals, but at what cost? Not worth the risk.

DAN (the salesman) taking me to lunch was just a ploy to get me to relax and get my guard down. Concerning noises were drown out by him playing loud music while we test drove several cars. He is definitely a disrespectful male who loves to see females come in to shop alone (which is what I did). His preditory and deceitful tactics worked on me and I purchased a car from them for over $7,000.00 CASH!!! MY POBLEMS STARTED RIGHT AWAY... with transmission slippage, engine knocking, and my engine being completely empty of oil after I asked them to change the filthy oil that came in the car on the day of purchase. They will ghost customers who are having bad experiences, they will lie about the quality of their cars, And they will delay and hold up DMV paperwork. For me it has been over 8 months and I still haven't received the title. Can't even get info from DMV without having to pay lots of fees that the dealership is actually responsible for. Hey, Enjoy Auto Sales... WHERE IS THE TITLE FOR MY CAR!!!!!!! You guys are despicable, lying, shady pieces of who will do anything to sell cars and save your rapidly dying car dealership! And LOL karma seems to be coming at you swiftly and rapidly. I can't think of anybody who deserves it more than you guys. Good luck Dan, Arthur, and Art. I hope you guys are better at the next careers ya all choose!!!!!!!
