I got one of those cappuccinos from the machines and while not what I usually drink, it was good to have this for the 3 hour drive ahead. The rooms were nice and well cleaned and the staff was pleasant. You are directly across from the train so around 5:30am you'll hear the train horn blow but unless you're a light sleeper, you may not even notice. We didn't go into the pool area but it was pretty busy at all times we went by and seemed to be well kept. If you have an electric vehicle it has charging on site, which is great for convenience. You are also super close to the main area of town, which is also really convenient. Overall I would recommend this place and wouldn't mind coming back.

Then we had to pack up and move to another room on a different floor. We went to get the elevator and it was out of order. We are seniors and had to carry everything down the stairs. The entire time we were there the elevator was out. Then we find out the heater in the hot tub didn't work. I would never suggest anyone go to this hotel. The customer service was OK but the place was in horrible condition and with the elevator out they had to turn customers ,especially seniors away. We are very unhappy with this hotel and they refuse to refund our money.

This hotel has all the basics- clean rooms, small gym, a nice bar, pool table, small lobby/seating spot and snack area, onsite parking, and is fairly centrally located to all the fun stuff to do in town. There is no pool here, so keep that in mind if you need that for kids. The rooms were modern and very clean, a bit small even for a room with two beds. This didn't bother us since we were not in our room much, and there were just two people staying in our room. I would ask about any other larger room accommodations if you are a family staying here. I do also agree with another reviewer here--the fact that the mattresses are on a flat platform makes them move around a bit. It was weird to do something simple, like sitting on the edge of your bed to tie your shoes without the mattress shifting around. Also there is no closet, but a multi-hooked coat rack with hangers to store your clothing. Only bummer about our particular room was that our Keurig didn't work. There was plenty of fresh made to order coffee in small lobby area though, so again, not a major issue. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I loved the fact that even though it is located right on Route 66, and across from a Safeway market, the room was quiet and we had little to no noise from the road. The Grand Canyon Railway was just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient, and the restaurants nearby were all excellent. Our rooms were ready about an hour before the 4pm check in- woo hoo!! Staff has always been friendly. Coffee, hot water, and infused water w/ lemon & cucumbers are available at reception area 24/7. The lobby/ dining area is spacious enough for you to chill at if you're waiting for your room to be ready. Our mattress & pillows are what heaven is made of. Didn't wanna wake up, at all! Loved the cushioned chair and mini dinner tray in the room. I've come to terms thru the years of traveling... I can no longer have just a bed and plop myself sitting up right in it to watch tv or enjoy a drink and perhaps a beverage. I need an actual chair with comfort. And Hampton Inn always provides that simple luxury. Pool & hot tub are indoors. And the hot tub is another main reason we booked this property. (Open from 8am-10pm). The hot tub did not disappoint. It's very warm, by the way. Thank goodness for the pool towels available. Make sure to wear slippers, as the pool deck can get slippery when wet. Breakfast buffet available at 6am, on a Saturday morning! Woo hoo!

Very nice, fairly new hotel. Indoor pool and spa, but on the smaller side. Free breakfast, which we didn't partake because we were checking out, but it looked and smelled good! Loved how they had a welcome message on the television screen upon entering the room. The rooms were nice--very spacious and clean. Loved having the ice machine close to our room. It was mostly quiet, but we did have some people on our floor that were a bit noisy in the halls periodically. Overall a pleasant stay and I'd choose to stay here if ever in Williams again!
